I received this as a Christmas gift and I was excited to try it out. I took it out for a visit to a local theme park and realized late in the day that the knob for focusing had just fallen off. I’m surprised it wasn’t adhered to the piece that focuses and that it came off so easily. I do love the ease of using it, but that knob falling off on the first use kind of annoyed me.

I bought this for high quality blogging. It is very nice quality, sturdy and has a nice appearance to it. I seriously wanted to love it and keep it. I can't judge the battery life since I returned it hours after it was delivered but it arrived to me 70% charged. It's not too light and not too heavy. You can tell it was made with quality in mind.While it was simple and straightforward to use, it doesn't allow 'Tracking' while in 4K or 1080p for 60 FPS, on a Samsung S23 or S20+ 5G. Both phones have 4k capabilities and one is 8k BTW.Furthermore, cannot use 'Tracking' outside of the 'Gimbal App' either, which is not the best quality.I don't feel like this item is great value for my money. If it's only going to be limited to Android phones that were released last year (like 1-3 models) and for iPhone 11-15, might as well just advertise it as a Apple product so us Samsung users know not to waste our money. I ended up purchasing a different Gimbal off Tiktok that had the AI smart Tracking Thingamajig that you clip onto your phone that makes all smart phones compatible with it. For the price I purchased the Gimbal off Amazon, you'd of thought it had that built-in! Make sure you check out the reviews or use Rufus to determine if your phone is compatible!

I’m a first time user of this project. First and foremost packaging was top notch. Opening the box and feeling the device felt impressive and sturdy. I was really impressed. But then when I read the instructions it was only 4-5 things to do. I’m a first time user of this product and I was lost. I didn’t know how to mount my iPhone16 pro max, the device will go crazy if you don’t know on what mode you have it on. After a week of figuring it out, I finally put it to use. I was at an amusement park and I noticed that when you have 2 dots left on the device it started to disconnect from the Bluetooth. One major thing was that I was in a ride and the device dropped my phone meaning it didn’t gripped well enough. Lastly you have to use a third party app to get the most of your results, the app is from China and I also noticed when I wasn’t using the app, my iPhone would tell me that an app was using my microphone even though all of my apps were closed

It was very easy to assemble. You do have right out the box 80% charge when you turn on. Battery life is with a quick charge under 30 minutes if item is at low power.Instruction's were provided very clearly to understand. You can focus very quickly with one touch.Price was well worth it. Very sturdy easy to carry in a nice size purse or bag. I will be purchasing another very soon.

So far i am lking this gimbal affordable price point.The gimbal seems to be made well.I am still getting use on how to use it.This is my first gimbal.I would recommend this product.One thing i have noticed is in the tracking modes it will only work on it's mini tripod that comes with it in the kit.I screwed it on to the top of my heavy duty extendable tripod and it would not work.Has anyone had any success getting to work on a tall haevy duty tripod ??????????????Today My Gimbal was acting strange when i had it recording making a video in body tracking mode .Almost like someone else using a bluetooth device was interfearing with my Gimbal.kinda like it had a mind of it's own
