After attempting several installations it will not play audio through the speakers. It looked like the plastic was dragging on the record also.

Received my needle quickly and I closely inspected it under magnification before installing it and noticed the Swedish manufacture production was faulty as the needle was set way too deep in the stylist arm which would cause it to not play the record and actually scratch and damage it. I got a quick refund once they had confirmation that the post office tracking confirmed that I mailed it back. Customer service by both Amazon and Needle Daddy was excellent but I was disappointed that the Swedish company that made it let this slip by quality inspection. I specifically ordered it from them due to quality reputation of Swedish made products. I was hesitant to reorder it from them again so I just super cleaned and inspected my old needle and decided to reinstall it and everything sounds great.

La aguja suena mal. Agudos barridos. Se me hace que vino mala, pues no cae bien en el surco del disco. La original que viene con el tocadiscos suena mucho mejor, tuve que ponerla de nuevo. Las comparé y están idénticas en tamaño y ángulo de caÃda.
