It's large and unfolds easily. Folding it back into it's original size is not. There are a couple of videos on Youtube which can help. My son managed to refold it in 15 seconds. I need to practice more, but I have managed to fold it. However It's easy to at least fold it into one larger flat square; that will fit behind the couch for temporary storage. The purpose of the tent is to eliminate glare. It mostly does that. But you can still get glare on the photos if you're not careful. Advice: check your camera after your first few scans/photos to see that they are glare free.

Amazing product. Great photo scanning and super fast. Being able to take multiple photos at once is a huge time saver love the app, and the fact that everything is saved in the cloud is awesome.

A complete waste of money and space. I got this because I have a large number of old family photos from around the early 1900's to 40's to digitize. I had high hopes, based on reviews, that this would eliminate the glare I was getting on many of the copies I made. My hopes were dashed. The glare was not altered at all. This product simply doesn't work.

It took some time to get it fully opened because there were NO INSTRUCTIONS, but even then it does not do what I expected. There is still a lot of glare and difficult lighting. It’s better than nothing . . . but not much better.

Taking pictures of old prints has these challenges:• if there's any curl to a print, it will tend to reflect natural or artificial lighting. Especially true with glossy prints.• not getting a reflection of your smart phone in the scans can be tough to avoid.As you see in the photo of my setup, I am using only natural light through a window. The shooting tent does a good job of diffusing the light. To minimize reflections, I resorted to creating a "ramp" which made glare-free scans easier to capture. Photomyne might want to consider offering a similar ramp with the tent; mine is made of a wooden rear riser, stiff cardboard ramp, topped with neutral grey poster board.So I recommend the Photomyne shooting tent, but it will help to be creative with your setup to get good shots as quickly as possible.TIP: turn on the Voice Control feature, then to snap the pic all you need to do is loudly say "Go" and the app takes the pic, no fumbling with the smart phone shutter button! Fantastic and efficient feature, makes the process so much faster.

Unfortunately, using this has made very little, if any, difference to filtering light. Frustrating to be carting it around the house to find a suitable spot, only to realise there isn’t one as there is still unfiltered light on photos. Expensive for what is achieved!

This was a godsend. I was the person in the you Tube video - frustrated with glare on photos and other challenges in using the Photomyne scanning app. This assistive tool was great in having me continue on with this project and scanning our priceless photos!

Je ne savais pas ce que j’attendais mais c’est tres décevant, j’ai encore plus de reflets en l’utilisant (le haut de la tente se voit un peu sur les photos) en plus de réduire la lumière
