I've run these bulbs in several vehicles prior to my Civic. They are always a big step up from OEM. I have experienced relatively short lifespan in the past but that's the tradeoff for a bright white bulb that plugs in to your existing wiring. We'll see how it goes with these.

Very bright bulbs. The low beam with these new bulbs in are about as bright as the high beam with my old bulbs. High beams are crazy bright now! Although -1 because they're not truly white. They're a really bright yellow. Much better than a halogen yellow but still not as white as an LED bulb, but probably one of the best shades and brightness without getting an HID kit.

After having my car burn through two sets of these headlight lamps within a year I filed a claim with PIAA and had my money refunded. My final thoughts are that the only true purpose these serve is to change the color of your lights, nothing more. The are not brighter than factory and do not last more than a year or two. I upgraded my headlights to xenon HID lamps and have not looked back. It required installing a ballast but that's some REAL brightness!

I was expecting a bit more from this purchase, but realistically it's an incandescent bulb. Good improvement over factory, but not heart stopping. Happy with the product overall.
