This set is of a good quality. The paddles are great and not outrageously expensive, which they can be. I've only used them a few times but have greatly enjoyed them and have had no trouble with them. I haven't tried the indoor balls since I've been playing outdoors. I didn't even know there was a difference at first. So I ordered outdoor balls when I realized we would be playing outdoors and that there were 2 types of balls.As I play more, if I find the paddles don't hold up, I'll amend my review. But so far, it has been great. It even comes with 2 cloths that you wet and put on your neck while playing to keep cool. This was great this summer when it was very hot. I'm not sure why people pay 3 times the price or more when you can buy a decent set here.

Not the best at anything but better than some cheap paddles and completely fine for beginners. They are light but not the lightest. The grip is good but I wish the handle/wrap was a little thicker and tackier (I'll probably fix that with some wrap here soon). Surface seems fine and responsive enough. Balls seems fine. Towels are the thinnest pieces of fabric I've ever seen. I imagine they will disintegrate into a fine dust here soon. I've used the paddles probably 10 times and grip has held up.

This paddle set is great for beginners. So far I’ve played about 3 hours with the paddles and they are sturdy and work great. Paddles are light weight in comparison to the wood paddles and have a nice feel on the grip. The most expensive paddle I own is a 50 dollar paddle and these matched up to the build quality of those paddles, however the 50 dollar paddle is nicer aesthetically. The carry case is just a standard case, nothing special but it does the job for storing the 2 paddles and balls. I was actually able to fit 3 paddles and 4 balls in the carrying case so it does have a good amount of room. The balls in this set are pretty standard. They didn’t feel cheap and they worked perfectly with no issues on a outdoor court. This is a great first set and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a new player looking for a starter set. It far exceeds the quality of the wood paddle sets you can pickup at Walmart/Target.

For the price, this can't be beat. The paddles are lightweight but feel good in your hand. The faces are smooth so you're not going to get a lot of spin but if you're just learning and starting out it's great. I remedied that situation by putting some glue and sand on it. It aint pretty but it works. You could also buy the rustoleum anti slip spray paint. The carrying case is convenient too.
