I have a very large Syrian teddy bear hamster named Big Ed. This cage is just right for him. I love that it doesn’t take up a large amount of table space but gives him plenty of places to go and things to do. He’s a very lazy hamster - gotta love him. One of the ramps broke when assembling but not the end of the world. Still works great. He does like to go into the loft section and get yogurt treats. Other than that, he lives in his igloo on the bottom. Cage is easy to clean. Happy with my purchase.

It is very big and roomy and also very easy to assemble great quality our hamster loves it all parts came intact and ready to use it is definitely worth the money because it has so much room for hamsters to play and is very easy to clean it seems very safe out hamster likes to climb a lot I love that she has so much room to run around because she has a lot of energy no parts were bent came as in pictures I definitely recommend buying this cage

We are new to the hamster world so we put a lot of time into reading reviews and researching. We are retirees that wanted a pet we didn’t have to walk or run around with and decided this was a good pet to have. Some of the cages seemed ridiculously huge some ridiculously small. This seemed a good size for a young hamster. Putting it together took forever and the directions were useless. One of the pieces that held on to the bar snapped and everything else was a little wobbly. We jury rigged the broken ledge to stay and reached out to the company for a replacement part (as requested) and heard nothing then got directed to a contact in the US for a response. During that time the water bottle leaked, the hamster jumped more than once and hates using the platforms because she slides on them. The final straw was the front door of the cage, we have to struggle to open it and if we are trying to change food and clean up, we have to literally push the cage hard to open it. Too much work, very flimsy and hard to clean and work with. Still never heard from company so I would pass, we ordered a different brand with 2 levels and much larger so we can easily interact with our hamster and she can run around and play.

So far this looks ok, but the blue plastic mezzanines are somewhat thin plastic.. one came broken, and when trying to assemble the cage the lower mezzanine's attachment to the ramp readily broke. I really don't know how long this will last, and would appreciate knowing how to get replacement parts for those that are broken. Also, the water bottle on top is flimsy plastic. I have a better bottle, made of glass, that can be connected to any cage, but then I am stuck with an actual hole on top! I had hoped this would be optional and there would be a cover for that hole in case we don't use the bottle that comes with this set.Update: I contacted the company and they readily sent me replacement parts for all the mezzanines, as well as some toys for my hamster at no charge. Thank you! Unfortunately, they don't make a cover for the top hole so we are still stuck with an empty bottle there (the bottle comes down too low for our hamster to be able to drink from it anyway, so I use another bottle for drinking).Other than that, our hamster loves the cage and makes his home in the nest upstairs. I also like that you can install a larger wheel (we have one of the large silent ones) on the side wall, and that it is easy to replace the bedding (I disassemble the bottom of the cage in seconds, and put the top on the floor so the hamster is still inside and cannot escape; throw old bedding out and put new in; you are done!) and to clean the "nest" (it comes off easily). A great cage!Now with all the toys the company sent my hamster, I need an even bigger cage ;-)

This cage is amazing for hampsters. The sleep box is perfect for them to keep a dark atmosphere during the day. The running wheel is his favorite. It spins smoothly and has no sound. At first I thought it was odd that the food and water were in different locations, but it keeps the food from getting wet and encourages the hampster to utilize his whole cage.

Estupenda relación calidad/precio. Es muy grande y se monta en nada siguiendo las imágenes de las instrucciones. De igual forma, no es demasiado engorrosa de desmontar para limpiarla a fondo. Pensé que igual las rampas y las plataformas serÃan pequeñas para mi hámster sirio, pero está encantado. El bebedero no gotea nada y la rueda apenas hace ruido cuando el bichito corre por las noches (le engrasé un poco el eje con aceite de oliva por si acaso). Además tengo que añadir que es la primera jaula de muchas de la que no se me escapa un hamster, los cierres de las puertas son resistentes y la bandeja inferior es lo suficientemente alta y dura para que no la roan.La única pega que le pondrÃa es que la rampa para subir a la casa del techo engancha mal y se cae cada dos por tres.

La jaula es perfecta, a la hora de montarla hemos tardado más de lo que esperábamos, pero una vez montada queda súper bien. Es un buen lugar para mi hamster Roborowski.Llevad cuidado porque las piezas son de plástico y se pueden romper con mucha facilidad.Espero que os sea de utilidad a la hora de comprar o no el producto.

TenÃa miedo por algunos comentarios de usuarios a los que les habÃa llegado rota. En mi caso todo perfecto y es una pasada de jaula. Materiales de buena calidad. Se tarda un ratillo en montar y hay que tener algo de cuidado al enganchar las rampas, pero no es nada complicado. El hámster está encantado y no ha parado de corretear por toda la jaula desde que le metimos, asà que todos felices.

Acheter pour un rat, vu les commentaires donnés par les clients. Les descentes ne sont pas très larges ainsi que la petite maison. Cage vraiment idéale pour hamster ou gerbille. Très grande. seuls inconvenients... Animal difficile à attraper si celui ci n est pas sociable car bcp de choses à l intérieur de la cage.Les barreaux sont tellement étroits qu on a du mal à les voir.Nettoyage de la cage assez complexe
