What door is NOT fit for our hanger?
Copper doors, Zinc alloy doors, Aluminum doors, Aluminum alloy doors
Wood Door, Glass Door, Stainless Steel door, Door with Foam Core, Painted Metal Door
It may be difficult to distinguish which kind of door belongs to. We suggest following these steps to rule out any issues:
1. Consult the supplier of the door
2. Open the door website, and check the detailed description of the door. If there is foam, wood, and cement in the middle, there is no or weak magnetic attraction.
3. Check if there are magnetic stones or similar magnetic products at home, and first try to see if they can be attached to the door.
4. For Copper doors, Zinc alloy doors, Aluminum doors, Aluminum alloy doors. The four kind of door is relatively expensive. It is commonly used in villa areas and high-end residential areas.
5. For Stainless Steel door, because stainless steel is difficult to shape and cannot present a more three-dimensional and complex design. The color is relatively single (silver white) and the style is relatively simple
6. For Door with Foam Core, The surface looks magnetic, but in fact, because there is a sandwich of foam and wood inside, the magnetic suction will be very weak, so that the hook cannot be used.
7. For Painted Metal Door, There is an obvious layer of paint on the surface that is believed to be brushed. If it is thick or rough, magnetic hooks cannot be used.
What door is fit for our hanger?
2 kind of door, the Iron door and Carbon steel door.
1. Iron door and Iron alloy door, usually it’s our yard door, warehouse door.
2. Steel door which contains iron element, such as Low carbon steel and high carbon steel door, usually it’s our Entrance security door.
How much weight can the hook bear?
1. It depends on the material of your door, pls. check it.
2. Normally, the Carbon steel doors can only bear around 2.8lb and the solid Iron can bear 7.7lb.
Most front doors are made of Carbon Steel, so it is recommended to hang some lighter wreath.
If it is a solid iron door, you can hang a heavier one.

These worked great for my needs. They have several strong magnets on the back, and were able to hold my homemade vine wreaths with no issues. I bounced the wreath around and added a little weight with my hand to test it, it held.I needed white ones too, but they didn't have any, and other brands were 2x the price so I just painted these white.

These hooks are a great alternative to an over-the-door type of hanger. Our door is tall and the traditional over-the-door hangers are too short. The magnets are very strong and have held all of my holiday wreaths without budging. They also don't appear to damage the door either. I will absolutely purchase these again and recommend them to others.

I have purchased a few items for my Xmas front door wreath but none worked had to return them.But this product actually kept my xmas wreath hanging on the front door without falling off.

Love these door hangers. Very strong magnetic hangers used inside or outside. When I say strong, I mean that magnet works overtime. Great for hanging heavy objects or wreaths.

I love that it’s a magnet and not a normal wreath hanger which doesn’t work on my door to well and messes up the seals. They are made strong and doesn’t bend even with a super heavy wreath. Now the not so great part. And maybe my light up large wreath is just to heavy, but using one hook the wreath and hook hot the floor several times after minutes of hanging. I added a second hook spaced them out and now it’s perfect. Wish I knew aheadOf time I would of bought a 4 pack so I could hang the other one on the other side of the door. Well worth buying. Will be good for having other holiday decorations on through out the year as well.Just remember if large or heavy items will take 2 hooks.

I had bought these to replace a suction cup style holder. These are amazing! They have a strong hold to our door and we never had any issue with them shifting around or with the wreath falling off. Very happy with this purchase.
