My dad recently passed away. I ordered this for my mom. It came very fast, in fact she was able to wear it to his funeral. It is so beautiful. She cried she loved it so much. She wears it all the time now. It means a lot to her. It is very nicely made. A good price, good quality. The locket when closed is a good thickness. Nice size. Over all wonderful. If I had one complaint it would be the chain isn’t very long at all and I wish it were nicer but I am going to try to order a replacement. I thought the chain would be nicer fromThe pictures it showed but it’s a thin small chain. Other than that it arrived so soon and was so nice. My mom loves it.

The charm itself seems a little cheap, very thin, as well as the chain itself being very thin. The pictures inside also aren’t of the highest quality. But again, for the price, it’s decent.

Not as advertised. It’s not a 925 sterling silver nor does it comes with a box chain as described. Ordered 2 and received one. Customer service was fast and empathetic so I really do appreciate that. I finally did received the missing order but still with not described chain nor metal. The locket was good but not 925 sterling.
