I was getting a bit hunched so I bought this and wow, after a few times of using it my back is so much looser. I literally couldn’t bend all the way back at first but now I can. My upper back actually adjusted and loosened up so much my shoulders have also released. This is such a nice, lightweight, pressed foam product and important for posture and flexibility.
