My gloves arrived while I was digging up the brick boarder in the gardenand reseating them higher. I was also pruning and raking. I have just asmall garden but, I was using my old gloves with holes in them. I switchedto the new Pine Tree Gloves from Amazon as soon as they arrived and am very happy with them. Theyfit me perfect as I used the size chart and my hands measured about 9according to the chart and how to measure. I was a little concerned but,they fit great and my hands were very happy through the rest of the work.At this time I am very satisfied with them in every way! I recommend themfor gardening. I recently decided to level the walk area of my garden that is a combo of dirt and gravel. (mgt is too cheap to make it all gravel but, I digress) During the leveling I wore the gloves and used my hands like a rake to move gravel and dirt around and there was no ripping or tearing. It was not uncomfortable and protected my fingers from the gravel. Then I washed them and they dried very fast and was ready for the next time. I'm a happy gardener with these gloves! :)Samuel

I originally bought these for gardening. I find it very hard to garden with loose fitting gloves. I was very pleased with how these fit. I did use the measuring references located in the pictures to make sure that I ordered the right fit. My only real concern was whether I would develop an allergic reaction to the gloves. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't take much to break out in hives. The first time I wore these gloves, my boyfriend and I were creating my raised garden beds. Lots of shoveling (top soil and sand mixture for the bottom half; top soil, peat moss and manure for the top half). After that, we shoveled about 1.5 tons of rock into my garden floor and into the attached shed. I had my gloves on the entire time. After two days, not one sign of blisters on my hands or no feeling of any blisters or tenderness. (my hands were sore but that was a lot of work). That was last weekend. This past weekend, my boyfriend and I worked our next project which was creating a cement block wall for our multiple grill patios. 3 sided, with the back being 5 blocks high and the two sides starting as 5 blocks and staggering down to one block. Again, my gloves were on the entire time. I moved cement blocks (a lot of them), and 80lb bags of mortar. I used mason tools to spread and mix the mortor and a couple of times, used my gloved hands to mix small batches left in the wheelbarrow! The gloves are not water proof but are water resistant. After 8 hours of work (with a 30 minute break for lunch) I rinsed off all the tools, the wheel borrow and my gloves. When I took the gloves off, there (again) were NO signs of blisters or the feeling of a blister coming on and today, no blisters still. Hands are sore but that was a lot of work.I have bought another pair for a friend of mine (sensitive hands) and he has yet to use them. I am sure that he will be pleased with them as I am.I have included pictures, with the last set being of the gloves that I took this morning. :)These are the best things you can buy as a gift for anyone that does any kind of work using their hands!!

These are great gloves for light gardening. VERY comfortable and grippy, and you retain a lot of dexterity. They breath well too, so your hands don't get too sweaty.They are not waterproof on the backs, though the palm area is.Only downside is that they are not very durable if used for heavier work. I was using mine for some stonescaping and wore through the fingertips pretty quickly - BUT, if you just use them for regular gardening they should last a lot longer.

For years, I was suffering those clunky leather gloves sold at hardware stores until a couple months ago when I decided to see if I could find vegan gloves (being a vegan). I found Pine Tree Tools bamboo gardening gloves. THEY ARE AWESOME. So tough!!! They are impervious to the cactus, mesquite and ironwood thorns that proliferate the biomass in my Tucson, AZ property. I've used my first pair over and over and have put them through the toughest paces but they just keep on keeping on. Furthermore, these gloves fit me perfectly, such that I can use my hands deftly with amazing precision. I rated water resistance at 4 because, although the palm side is absolutely water proof, the cloth on the top of the hand side can absorb water. This has not been any impediment for me - I'm power mowing, clipping, raking, pulling weeds like crazy after the biggest monsoon season Tucson has had in years emboldened by the amazing protection and alacrity that these gloves afford. LOVE LOVE LOVE these gloves!!!

Really easy to work with, very stretchy on the hands so after you put it on you don't even know it's there. Easy to put on and take off. Been working with it for a while now and it doesn't have any holes.

Brought them as a gift for my brother . He was very pleased with them and said it was great that they fitted tight around the wrist , very comfortable and keep his hands warm while gardening and he is able to to do his gardening perfectly.

Ottimo prodotto, consegnato velocemente in confezione Amazon integra ed in orario. LaMisura L corrisponde alla L dei guanti di lattice, per intenderci. I guanti sono morbidi e calzano bene, aderiscono alle dita e permettono movimenti precisi che i guanti di pelle pesanti inibiscono. La parte dal palmo della mano e delle dita ha un rivestimento rinforzato che resiste alle spine più acuminate dei cactus. Veramente un ottimo prodotto. Attenzione alla descrizione che dice : 2 guanti. Non sono due paia ma guanto dx+sx 😄 forse un errore di traduzione ? Ma il prezzo è da un paio, non è una truffa !!
