Husband has taken up smoking meat as a hobby (which I’m not opposed to) and this works great for his needs! Paper quality is good and it’s a good value for the money!

Used for a pork shoulder. The paper held up great in the smoker. 2 full wraps kept it a lot of moisture and didn't tear when unwrapping a pork shoulder. Overall, would by again.

The Pink Butcher Paper for Smoking Meat 17.5 in is a thinner paper than if purchased from a local butcher shop. other than that, it was okay for what I needed it for, double wrapping a small piece of meat in the smoker.

Product gets the job done but having the ability to slice it would help.

A good friend of mine found these and hadn't ordered them yet but told me about them. I figured I would give them a try and I can tell you this is a total game changer he not only ordered them after seeing me use them but two of my other neighbors did as well. Such easy cleanup

I do have a life-long love for butcher paper. I find that food wrapped in butcher paper tastes even better. HOWEVER, I got this so I could use it to create art on, with Posca markers. The result is great. Because it's such a generous roll, I have plenty to use and I get the cut the sheets any size I want. Excellent product!

First time making a Texas Style Brisket and it worked exceptionally well! The paper performed very well and the brisket was like warm butter. Don’t be afraid to use two or three layers to wrap your brisket after smoking to 165 F.
