I wanted this for use with sublimation projects. The paper is so good, though, that I will also use it as butcher paper as well. You get 175 feet of paper. It comes in a solid holder with a very sharp edge for cutting the amount you need. The cutter is sharp so be careful when handling the paper as it would be very easy to cut yourself.

Not something I find at many stores in my area. Nice to be able to get it next day on here. I was using foil when smoking meat, but I switched to this and it's been a nice transition and a good quality product to use.I will buy it again.

Pink butchers paper was ordered. What was delivered was freezer paper with butcher paper label also attached. Paper itself appears to have a coating so not safe for BBQ.Amazon refunded without question due to safety concerns. Manufacturer won’t respond to emails.Disappointed for sure.
