The pipes and related flanges are very heavy duty and top quality, they were ideal for a small project I wanted to do. We have 4 Tiki torches in our back yard that always need to be removed for cutting the grass. Shoving them into the dirt every time stresses and bends the poles while Tiki's own ground stakes are fairly cheap, unstable, and easy to lose in the grass. I picked up four of the 3/4"x10" pipes and matching flanges. I assembled them and pounded them flush into the ground where we keep the torches and they fit the poles perfectly. Now we can easily slide them in and out whenever needed and have no trouble finding where they go!
