This insulation tape looks like the pictures and is very easy to apply. It adheres very well to surfaces (at least the surface I insulated). It is easy to cut and the quality of the foam seems good. The insulation value is obviously less than thick foam, but it’s decent insulation for the price. I would get it again if needed.

I used this YeloDeer pipe insulation to cover a gap on a cast iron pipe where I didn't have a large enough round pipe insulation piece to cover completely.I really like its stickiness. After I started applying it, I realized the pipe had a coating of soot from a previous chimney cleaning, never the less, this stuff really stuck on tight - so just be sure to get it placed where you need it the first time because it's not coming off without a struggle!As far a the insulation value, it'll be a bit less than the long round pipe insulation tubes commonly used.Its real value honestly, is in the versatility of application because it's a self-adhesive roll.

This review is for the 2 PCS Pipe Insulation Roll, YeloDeer Outdoor Pipe Wrap Insulation Weather Resistant Water Insulated Tape Self Adhesive Pipe Wrapping for Winter Freeze 2In X 13Ft.I bought this pipe insulation to cover our exposed hose bib pipes. It doesn't often get below freezing here, and when it does, it's usually only for a few hours. Even so, I always cover my pipes in winter just in case.This YeloDeer insulation tape measures just under 2 inches wide. It is about 3mm thick. The tape backing was hard to peel off sometimes. Parts would stick and not come off cleanly. (See picture.) Also, in order to wrap it around a turn in the pipe, I cut the tape partway across and folded down the edges. However, the edges didn't stick well, so I had to use duct tape to keep them down. Other than that, I'm happy with the product.

Used these pipe insulation rolls for some exposed pipes outside. They were easy to wrap around and seem to be holding up well against the weather. Hoping they'll help prevent freezing this winter. Comes with two rolls, which was enough for my needs.

It's a nice size roll for the price, but it doesn't stick to anything on it's own, not even itself. To make it work at all, I had to cover the entire thing with butyl tape.I would look elsewhere for something that at least sticks to itself.

This is a great mending product, as we wrapped it around the foam circles on our pipes to drain outdoors. It has a webbing type thing, so not just foam, but reinforced. It is sticky like tape, so no need to wrap duct tape around pipes (which is our usual go to). So and all in one, foam insulation and tape, great to repair or tape over pre-existing projects. A little on the pricy side, but looks like it will survive the outside better than the duct tape.

J ai avheté ce rouleau isolant afin de le mettre par dessus le fil chauffant du meme constructeur . Mon fil est dans un trou tres humide a l exterieur et gelait a grand froid . J ai installe le fil chaffant et cet isolant par dessus . Il colle vraiment tres bien et son epaisseur demontre qu il va bien isoler et rester a sa place ! Je le conseille !
