Update: the seller has been incredibly responsive and helped resolve the situation. If used on softer tubing such as copper the bender works well and makes clean bends. If using on aluminum I’d suggest bending smaller diameter tubes with thin walls.I used this 3 times on 3/4†OD aluminum tube and couldn’t even make a 90 degree bend before the teeth started to go. I even heated the tube to make it more malleable but it still ended up losing teeth.In the photo are at least 3 teeth worn on the rack. Again, haven’t gotten to bending anywhere close to 90. Very misleading to say it can bend aluminum. Maybe just copper.Waste of money, and since I didn’t get a chance to try it until after 30 days I can no longer return the item. They need to use harder steel on the rack if it’s to be of any use after 2 bends!

This work just like the expensive bender only if you put a little grease on the die. I used it for 7/8 without grease with some imperfections. Then a light coat and a perfect bend. Of course clean the tubing with lacquer thinner or acetone
