By following these steps, you can create beautiful and professional-looking cake decorations with your cake decorating tips set
1.Prepare the pastry bag: Cut the tip of the pastry bag to fit the coupler, and insert the coupler into the bag.
2.Attach the decorating tip: Choose a decorating tip and screw it onto the coupler, ensuring it's securely fastened.
3.Fill the pastry bag: Scoop frosting into the pastry bag, filling it no more than 2/3 full.
4.Start piping: Twist the open end of the pastry bag to close it, then hold it with one hand. With the other hand, apply pressure to the bag to start piping. Move the bag steadily in the direction you want the frosting to go.
5.Clean and store: After use, remove the coupler and tips, and wash them with warm, soapy water. Let them dry completely before storing them in a dry place. The pastry bag can be washed and reused.

These piping tips are great and perfect for just what I needed. I love to bake but I am always losing piping tips and for some reason, Walmart never has what I needed for an affordable price. This pack was affordable, packaged nicely & had everything I needed. They worked great and got the job done!

I’m using this kit to teach a cake decorating badge to an American Heritage Girl’s troop. It has a nice variety of tips and a few flimsy bags, The coupler is useless. The threads are defective so the 2 parts don’t screw together. I will purchase couplers separately, and some better quality bags. That plus a flower nail should round it out pretty well. I’m not really disappointed for the price and the number of tips.

Theres not much to this. 4 plastic pieces, metal heads and a insert. Thats all. It came in a very small box. There were no clear bags, you'll have to buy that separately. Have no idea what the plastic pieces are for. I guess for the $ it is what it is. Not a good starter pack. I will have to order more things in order to say if this actually works. Disappointed.

For the $$, I don't think you can beat this kit. I needed something to do a one-off cake with, and this worked great. The bags handled a good amount of pressure without busting and the tips provided accurate decorating. The tips are small and thin, cheap metal - but they DO get the job done. The plastic screw clamp doesn't feel super durable - so don't over-tighten it. It's a great little kit for someone who does 2 or 3 cakes a year. If more than that, I'd spend higher for the feel of quality while working - but again, I did a great cake with these.

First use after assembling per instructions, put a little pressure to begin and tip shot out the end. As the tip shot into the bowl, more batter burstnfrom the flimsy bag.Save your money
