I bought this for my grandson. He loves to pretend he is driving different vehicles. I didn't attach it to anything because he likes to carry it to differnt locations.

The middle cap covering the bolt flies right off when turning the wheel. there is no locking it in place that i can see. so as long as u dont mind the bolt screw showing ur good to go!

This is a great addition to any play house. It mounts up super easy with the supplied fasteners. My son has a blast pretending to steer his ship. A great value.

We got a free second-hand play set, which had a broken steering wheel in the fort area. This is a nice sturdy replacement that should hold up well. It has a solid heavy feel in hand. It’s just shy of 10.5†diameter. Includes a new lag screw for mounting and a center cap. There is no center bearing so when installing you’ll need to stop the Ugga-dugga gun short and do the final turns by hand.

It’s a strong and sturdy plastic. It would be helpful to know an 11/16th socket wrench is needed for installation.
