Install was simple, only tip is to bent the clips together tighter because these 20 year old dash’s won’t handle the clips the way they come , other then that fix 100 percent like factory

Well made and sturdy. Good color match. Reasonably easy installation. On a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 there is a gap around the headlight switch, and, if you want to leave the power port in place (upper right bezel area) there's fabrication and strong adhesive necessary, which I did. Strong material and good color match. Fits well with included clips. I'm currently working on fabrication of a better mount and fitting of a radio mount because of unavailable good mounting kits for radio. No fault of this product.Recommend this product.

After reading the reviews, I had to study the options offered. I have a late 2001 Ram 1500 quad cab. I did find the part number on my original and it did match the what was in the description. I got the option with the vents and 13 clips. At first I thought it wasn't going to fit but there were a few old clips still stuck in the mount holes of the dash. Once I got that sorted the fit was perfect and the clips were strong. I popped out the provided vents, and fit the old ones just to see and they were loose. The originals have a slightly bigger attach point making them useless. Order the one with new vents.

Do not buy! does not fit like it should! The pics don’t show it best. keep looking. returned the day I got it!
