Fit my 2004 F250 perfectly if they added new clips and screws it would have been better but I ordered new cowl clips (N807189-S100) and SS screws (9022968) to complete the job looks great.

Not an exact OEM fit but very close – well worth a purchase at the current $50.00I purchased this in the summer of 2023 for $99. I see it is now (Jan 2024) on Amazon for $49 and that is a great price. This was installed into a 2003 F350 6.0. Here’s a quick installation review for your consideration. I’ll give it 4 Stars.Ordering:1) When you order this also order the: “Rexka 15pcs Cowl Vent Grommets Adjusting Screw for Ford F150 Pickup, Expedition & Windstar N807189-S100, N811353-S100” on Amazon for about $17. Most likely your original Cowl grommets will be brittle and easily brake. Just replace them after you remove the cowl.2) Also order some replacement “GOOACC Nylon Bumper Fastener Rivet Clips Fender& Bumper Shield Retainer for GM, Ford & Chrysler 7mm Hole Retainer Auto Body Clips - 100PCS” on Amazon. Guaranteed many of them will also break as you remove the small black clips.3) Since you’ll have the wiper arms off now is also a great time to replace the blades too.4) If the cowl weatherstripping to the window is torn or missing replace it.5) Check the condition of the long weatherstrip that fits between the cowl and engine for tears and cracks. Replace as necessary.Removal and Cleaning:6) Before you remove the cowl, you’ll need to remove the antenna and wipers – super easy. For the wipers, just find the clip at the base and open it up. Then grab the base of the wiper and gently pull it off the splines. Now is a great time to lightly sand the metal wiper arms and repaint them. I used a black semi-gloss.7) As you remove the cowl screws back them off and then grab them by hand. If they fall down below, you’ll need a magnet to find them if you can. I repainted the screw tops as they had just metal showing. Disconnect the wiper supply line on the passenger side.8) Use a grommet tool to remove the grommets. My experience was every one broke off when I tried prying them up and out.9) I started by removing the passenger side cowl first. I laid a blanket over the engine as the old cowl was so brittle it was breaking as I took it off under the hood and pieces were falling everywhere.10) Now it was time to vacuum it out. I removed leaves, dirt, dust. Then I cleaned it up with soap and water, rinsed it and let it dry. Next, took a flashlight and just inspected the area typically covered by the cowl. I looked for any corrosion, bent or broken metal, wire chaffing etc. Lastly, I sprayed some WD-40 on the wiper motor arms and any other areas needing some protection form the water.11) Now is also a good time to clean the window as its bare.Compare and Prepare:12) Grab the new cowl pieces and compare it to the old ones (if you can). This new pair arrived with the “Y” washer lines swapped. So, swap them and make sure you give the drivers side adequate space otherwise the nozzle will not seat correct when installed. The hose line attaches to the cowl so it’s important you lay out the hose line correctly. Yes, this new cowl come with new washer nozzles with brass innards. Save the old cowl washer nozzles – you might need them again. Spray it down with some ultraviolet ray protection like 303. That may delay the degradation of the plastic.13) With the old cowl removed, you’ll need to transfer the widow rubber seals to the new cowls. Pay attention to how it’s secured to the old cowl so it lays on the window correctly on the new cowl.14) This is also a good time to check your screw holes. On the OEM cowl the screws didn’t screw in but easily passed the plastic. I drilled out the new cowl holes just a tad to allow a little movement and ensure the plastic cowl did not bind when screwing into the plastic grommet. You don’t have to do this but be aware you won’t get any feedback when the screw screws into the grommetInstall:15) Install the new grommets into the truck. They go in one way so you can’t screw it up.16) Pre-fit the two cowl pieces in place.17) The form fit and function of this is pretty good but definitely perfect or like OEM. You’ll notice the grommets slide about 3/8 of an inch allowing you to move the cowls to line it up. Line the screw holes up and just screw down enough to have it attached. Check the distance where the center joins and make sure it looks good. Adjust it by moving it around – remember, those cowl grommets can move around.18) You’ll notice there is about a ¼ inch gap on both sides of the fenders. Try to make those the same. Also, this one does not fit up as far on the window as the OEM (you can tell from the window dirt line). Mine just barely covered the bottom of the window edge with the rubber weatherstripping. And, if you’ve had a windshield changed it could easily be secured a little higher or lower from the factory.19) Once you have it where you want it secure and tighten the screws by hand. Push in the plastic bumper clips in and then attach the wiper arms (did you need new wiper blades?) and reattach the wiper supply line.Final Review:20) Overall, I’m satisfied with this just because I saved $150 from OEM and I could make it work. The new plastic seems brittle. Its looks OEM, but just doesn’t have that OEM form, fit and function to it. I’d have given it 5 stars but the screw holes in the cowl need to be bigger and the wiper hose line was installed incorrectly (standard poor-quality control we are used to from Chinese knockoffs). I can’t guarantee you’re form, fit and function but, I just wanted to pass on my experience. For $50 bucks it a steal right now. Bottom Line: It looks new….now let’s see if it’ll hold up to the elements. 4 stars

Look nice in the truck but the plastic is thin and brittle compared to what came off and although it covers the space it isn’t the exact same length. Will keep it but just want the perfect fit
