I purchased another type of slip-on floor protector with felt pads for my mid-century skinny exposed legs but they did not work. Every time the couch was moved for sweeping, the pad would slip to the side. I then tried these and they stay put, thankfully. They don't slide easily, but they slide a little and the mid-century couch is easy to slightly lift one side to sweep behind the couch. Most importantly, they stay put on the very narrow 1/2" leg and protect my floors. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

A practical replacement item that fit perfectly. First of all, I did NOT use these on furniture, but rather as end caps/plugs for garden/tool hangers (think hoses, extension cords, any medium size tool that you want to hang on a wall or fence). I use a lot of cheap, but durable, hangers made from metal tubing. Unfortunately, the original end caps were even cheaper and far less durable . . . they needed replacing to keep the tubes from filling with rain water and/or spider webs. These were a perfect solution. They look good and hopefully will handle a little UV (sunlight) damage.HOT TIP: In the US we tend to measure in inches rather than millimeters (mm). Most small hardware items are manufactured and sized using the metric system and you can avoid a lot of guesswork/uncertainty if you measure your project in metric before you order.

Fit an antique medical stool real well. Had more trouble getting the old ones off than putting new ones on.

They fit well, but being a PVC/RUBBER compound they will leave marked on some surfaces. I found that it buffed right out.

These mark up your floor and you have to lift them to move them. Don't get them if you want non marking.

Products like this are always give the size of the inside diameter, but these give the length. Result utterly useless.
