This bag can hold up to five pizza boxes at once. Keeps the food warm however it doesn't allow enough to release so boxes will get soggy. Built to last, material is not waterproof but will not get water on the food. Priced for how it is made and the use. Just wish it was Velcro rather than a zipper. It does not allow for fast use.

I've delivered pizza for a couple major pizza companies so I'm familiar with their bags, and this is definitely not as thickly insulated as the professional bags. It's of similar thickness to the regular sized insulated bag I was sent by DD.I realized during usage that the zipper is kind of a pain. I was used to Velcro closure which makes removing for delivery much easier. Though I do suspect the zipper closer holds in heat more effectively.As far as measurements, I do believe it to be 20" in depth, but the width seems closer to 19.5".

This arrived from the vendor folded into a 9â€x9†plastic bag — that in itself tells you this isn’t a solid thick well insulated pizza carrier.Then the real shocker is that the dimensions are 18.5†wide not 20â€, 19.5†high not 20â€.Our local Costco pizzas are 20†square, that’s why I was excited to find a nice carrier that would fit those big pizzas that we pick up when we shop there.This lets me down in its thin construction & in its smaller than claimed dimensions.I’ll keep looking, this one simply doesn’t meet my needs.
