Previously, we purchased a smaller version of this same stone and loved it so much, and it lasted for many years! During Prime Day this year we decided to buy the larger Rocksheat stone! We prefer the square or rectangular stones as opposed to the round stones. Rectangular gives you just a bit of extra room to work with when baking. We usually use the gas grill, heating it to the max with stone inside, then it takes about 6 minutes to bake a delicious pizza! Rocksheat is the perfect name for this pizza stone because it gets just hot enough to create a perfect crust every time. Our family loves making our own pizzas. We used to use the indoor oven and many times the crust would not maintain it's expected texture, or wasn't baked completely, or it had to bake much longer and still the crust wouldn't be nice and done. Once we decided to buy a stone, we just followed the recommended instructions and we have never had a failure! It's amazing how the Rocksheat stone maintains the heat and cooks the pizza perfectly without worry. Prior to buying another Rocksheat stone I read all the reviews for it and other stones, and again we chose Rocksheat! Best decision ever made!! Additionally, the handles on this stone are very helpful, and assist with moving or adjusting the position on the grill. Most other stones don't provide handles and can be a challenge.Take a leap and try this stone. You will find it to be bigger and better!!

Amazing. Worth the dough, get it? Seriously, money well spent. Keeping pre-made pizza dough on hand just so I can use this. No issues with sticking. Pizza cooks fast and with perfect crust! No more frozen or delivery for me.

Excellent pizza stone that cooks raw pizza dough to perfection.It's a beautiful stone, is cut well, and is a heavy solid piece.It will stain and discolor with use, so I tend to only use one side.Pro Tips to follow when using this Pizza Stone1. Place your oven rack to the lowest slot2. Place Pizza Stone on that rack3. Preheat at 550 (or highest temp) for 1 hour4. Ready to make PizzaI highly recommend this stone and assure you it will provide perfect even heating required to make high end pizzas at home!Get recipes online for sauce and dough, practice, and eat better quality pizza at home and save $$$$

Although it looks like the pizza cooked through, removing it from the stone was difficult. Despite putting flour on the stone the pizza was stuck on the stone which ended up breaking the pizzas I was trying to take out.Because of that I will rather invest in a pizza maker.

This stone was a gift exchange. It was well received and will be use on a regular basis.The stone is large and very thick.PRO: substantial, nice size, reasonably pricedCON: the weight and it takes extra time to preheat it prior to cooking on it.Conclusion: very nice stone

I can’t believe what the difference this made in getting a quality pizza crust. If you follow the instructions that come with it, I started getting perfectly crisp crusts within a few uses. It quickly stained with pieces of grease from the cheese and sauce, but I don’t mind it holds any smell whatsoever, I’ve never had any issues with the dose sticking to the stone after heating it sufficiently. This large stone takes up most of my (apartment sized ) oven but that makes for an easier transfer as I’m not trying to squeeze the edge of the pizza onto a round stone. It is quite heavy and storing. It can be difficult if you don’t want a heat sink in your oven at all times. Well, this is a bit of an investment piece, I personally think it’s worth it for how easy it is made it to make quality pizza at home!

Great product l.lPut it on next to bottom shelf, preheat to 500, 30 min later lauched pizza and switched to convection....approx 12-15 later pizza done...bottom not brown but nice crunch, rest of pizzacwas great

The stone is very well made . It changed my baking experience . Even distribution of heat , equal stunning golden color and proper oven rise . Wish I got this stone earlier. It’s worth every penny.
