I used this same exact model for 5+ when I worked the front desk at a very busy courthouse for a large city and I've just purchased it again for a new job where I'm on the phone a lot during the day. Easy setup, great features and range. THE BEST!

I've had this brand/model of headset for work for many, many years now and I love it! If it fails (after many years) then I always buy the same thing again. Easy to install and use. I couldn't work without it!

I bought one long time ago and loved it. I then bought a second one and the plug to power it didn't fit in the outlet. It came with two plugs one for Europe and one that I have never seen before. I had to buy a cord that fits this device.

Use this everyday and the range is great and was an easy install on my Panasonic kx-t7731 phone. Would recommend this to anyone who is constantly on the phone

Had this for about 2 weeks now. It’s a life saver from straining your neck and holding the phone. The in ear piece can be a little bothersome for the ear and I would have to take breaks, but I started using the headband and love it as I just move it behind my ear when not in use. Lifter is awesome too.
