Commercial construction perhaps a bit over the top for the average home user which may account for the negative reviews. I am pleased with my purchase however lifting it for portability is challenging. It's HEAVY!

So I've had my for a few weeks now. I use it for light duty stuff around the property. I put my trash cans on it and roll it out to the dumpster. It works okay for that. No issues. However, the handle setup is very weak. I put a load on it. Nowhere near it's so-called capacity and the handle will flexing quite a bit. I was afraid it was going to bend or break off so I just use it for light duty. It's okay. I probably should have bought the heavy duty plastic one instead

There is a lot to like about this cart/dolly.I don't know what the finish on the metal is but the patern on it is very much like the 'diamond plate' you see on truck toolboxes. It looks good.Assembly was easy and it comes with a wrench.The 6" wheels have metal centers and rubber wheels. Should be safe for most floors.I believe the 1 ton capacity claim. It;s sturdy. That said, I do not intend on testing the limits.Two of the wheels are in a fixed position and the other two swivel and have brakes.Each corner has a plastic/rubber 'bumper. Nice feature.Nice sturdy cart. Good value.

This heavy duty steel platform flatbed cart is great for moving tons of boxes and those heavy items. It’s rated at 2000 pounds but I haven’t put anything close to that on there yet. You just need to install the wheels and they are really nice, rolls smoothly and turn with ease. The handle folds down when not in use. I like the rubber protectors on the front so I don’t do that much damage when I run into things. This is a well-built, strong multi use cart and I would recommend it.

The handle is not solid, as so many other reviewers have said. It's a folding handle held upright by a pin, and there's slop in that fit. So much so that when pushing the cart, the pin allows the handle to travel several inches forward and it makes contact with your load and pushes the cargo right off the front edge of the cart. Not good. Also, you should know that the straps pictured are not what you receive -- got two flimsy bungee cords instead of the adjustable webbing straps pictured. But it rolls on those big tires like it should, so we're just going to need to have the handle welded so that it no longer folds so that the cart is usable. Just really disappointing overall.

Nice heavy duty cart but came with black marks that won’t wipe off. Moved well. Easy to assemble.
