The big print helps a lot. We play card game called Golf and you need to see other players cards across the table. The print on these cards works.

Look... these are fine for fun games. But I run a poker league and I accidentally bought these when searching for "plastic" playing cards. These are "paper" based. My fault for not checking the wording. They look great, the design is nice. But I couldn't even use them for one game. Because right out of packaging, the cards were bowed. And of course it was warped in the direction of being able to see the pips if you were really looking. Tried bending them the opposite direction and now there's a slight bend indention and air gaps.Good enough for kids and amateur players but not for my poker games.
