Perfect fit! A bit of a challenge on an old 2002 GMC with the rusted bolts. But my buddy has mechanic level air compressor tools so we were able to get everything off. That was the tricky part. Putting everything back up was just a two-man job, and about three hours . For the price, this is a nice quality bumper. It’s probably about a two-thirds of the weight of the original. But I believe a factory replacement from GM is around five or $600 for that bumper, so all in all very pleased.

I was so frustrated with this bumper. I’ve had multiple trucks this style and replaced some bumpers. Never did I ever have a bumper not Line up or even come close to fitting correctly and so cheaply made I feel. Even the plastic seems cheap. I had the bumper on and 4 times to see if it was something I was doing and nothing could be changed it just was made correctly. I would have sent it back and got another one but my old bumper was shot from rust and I needed my truck the next day I couldn’t go with out. So now I have a truck that’s in nice shape with the crooked flimsy bumper. I guess I learned that you get what you pay for.

The plastic top bumper cover was slightly warped, but everything else was in good shape. I had no problems mounting to the truck.

This is definitely a cheap bumper but it gets the basic job done which is what I needed for my old truck. the problem (besides being thin steel and cheap) is that when mounted (and I got a professional to mount it at a body shop) is that it sits on a downward angled slope when it should be perpendicular to the truck. in. other words it looks like it's bent down slightly. oh well. what can you say for a $125 bumper?
