This is a great little kit - includes the connectors and filters/mufflers to install this valve correctly. I'm using it to build a can smasher - it's able to actuate a pneumatic cylinder in both directions, so it is ideal for that purpose. It even has holes in it, making it easy to screw down.

Seems to be a good solid valve, using it in an older 4 post cart lift at a shop , disengauges the safety locks , and is great for the task.
