Fantastic service from Backcountry, from ordering to my door in one day.I have a set of Fox Launch Pro pads that I've been wearing for the last few weeks, a descent pad, maybe a little bulky but the sizes run very small. Even the L/XL was giving me problems after an hour or so of riding.I had these recommended to me by a friend and decided to spend the extra cash and give them a try.I ordered a pair in XL size and as soon as I put them on I knew they were what I had been looking for, Light, comfortable and a good level of protection. The fit is perfect, the pad stays in place without chafing. They are a lower profile than the Fox pads I was using and there are no problems wearing them under 3/4 shorts. They are a little expensive but I'm happy with paying the extra cash for a pad that I can actually wear without discomfort.I think POC now do a Downhill version that may be worth looking at if you need something more robust, after all these are more of a XC / Enduro pad.

I'm fairly new to the mountain bike world. So, after viewing a lot of knee protection and reading hundreds of reviews, this was my pick. Against my better judgment, I followed the sizing chart. They got here faster than they were supposed to, and my first impression when I took them out of the box is that they were gonna be bulky. I put them on and went for a ride. They fit perfectly and after a minute or so, I didn't even know I had them on. They're very comfortable and seem like they'll be great protection!!

Love these pads. I have downhill parks day in this year, two big falls. and not one complaint. They stay in place well and feel comfortable on the decent. I did need to peddle some XC trail and would not want to ride these uphill but for downhill and park they are exceptional.

These are pretty bulky but definitely give that feel of protection which is nice. No real complaints except the sizing. I measured my leg so much I could have built a 3D model of it to make sure I had the right fit. Went with medium, wasn’t able to ride much lately and when I put them on one of them fit great. The other has to be a size smaller in the same package bc I can’t even get my fingers between me and to sleeve to pull it up my leg, it’s ridiculous. I’m passed returns, that’s my fault. So I have 1 really expensive knee pad and another that’s useless unless I lose an inch or two off the diameter of my leg. Probably not going to happen.

These are my second paid of POC knee pads. The first pair were smaller, easier to slip on, but also easier to slide down when pedaling. The V2 pair have the additional lower strap which aids in keeping the pads in place when pedaling and their protection for the weight is exceptional. I had a bad crash in 2020 with several broken bones but my knees were not even scratched. The pads provide excellent protection. I suspect the new design will be hotter in the summer months since they are longer but they also provide better side protection for the knee which is a worthwhile sacrifice over being comfortable in the heat.

At 62 years old I did not bounce and roll during the last crash, I just sort of slid and left a lot of skin behind. As with other reviews they are mildly uncomfortable but you get used to it. True to fit, they stay secured, very protective and I don’t worry as much about the next time I die on the trail.

I had the G-Form Pro- X Impact knee protection. They are certainly more flexible and easier to ride with but last week I crashed on them in a rock garden. They slid down my knees and got holes in them. I scraped up my knees pretty good. So I got some of these. They are mostly not noticeable and are pretty flexible when they heat up. They are comfortable without pinching my skin. Today I was going pretty fast and fell and hit a boulder with my right knee. They did not slide at all. They protected my knee very well. No pain to my knee and I could keep riding without difficulty. I definitely recommend. At the rate I am falling I might just have to buy the entire VPD suit.

Worked well this summer. Had a crash into lava and didn't feel anything. Held tight to my legs while DH riding (not much pedaling) even when sweating hard. Impressed. Should last for awhile

These are the first pads I have use that are both comfortable and stay put when pedaling. They are a little warm as there is not a huge amount of breathability but I wouldn't swap them for any other pads now.

Après un gros traumatisme au genou en 2014, je voulais la meilleure protection pour refaire du snowboard en 2015.Testé et approuvé pendant une semaine sur les pistes !Quand j'ai reçu ces genouillères à la maison, je me suis dit que je n'allais pas supporter ça toute la journée, et à la fin de ma semaine sur les pistes, je ne les sentais plus. Il faut dire que c'est prévu pour faire du VTT, donc si on peut pédaler, on peut aisément marcher, faire du snowboard ou skier.Les coques de protections sont à mémoire de forme et se placent autour du genou grâce à la chaleur du corps.Je n'ai fait que 2 grosses chutes sur les genoux en une semaine, mais j'ai été vraiment content d'avoir mes protections à ces moments-là .Pour les tailles, voir sur le site [...]. Il existe une taille XL qui est pour les genoux de 42 à 46 cm de circonférence et 49 à 53 cm 10 cm au dessus du genou.Pour ma part, je suis pile poil entre les tailles L et XL, j'ai pris du L et je suis bien content parce que les genouillères n'ont absolument pas bougés en une semaine.

Prima esperienza AMAZON sull'usato, posso garantire che aldilà della confezione che era gia stata aperta (come da descrizione) il prodotto sembra nuovo. Usate sotto la tuta da snow per sciare sono molto comode, riesci persino a guidare in auto e camminare ore. Il materiale se tenuto al caldo si ammorbidisce e adatta, ma protegge perfettamente. Non scivolano in giu grazie a delle fasce antiscivolo interne.Consiglio sia il prodotto che l'usato garantito AMAZON

Very important to size yourself correctly, I went with a Large and I’mGlad I did, if you have any doubts size up these are a snug fit - this however means that they don’t slip on The trail - they are also quite comfortable and you forget your have them on after 10 min or so - you can feel the quality of workmanship as soon as you handle the item, great level of protection also - highly recommended
