Missing parts that you can't get without returning the entire unit. I like the construction of the unit; it's all metal, and it looks modern. It wasn't until I got to the door assembly that I realized I was missing the key. I hunted all over that box, but no such luck. I was done with assembly, so I wasn't about to take it apart. I now have to return to the hardware store to try replacing the locking mechanism. I already had to go and get replacement screws which were left out of the package. On a side note, know that if you use the wheels, it will be an additional 3 inches taller than a standard lecture.

Overall, this podium is functional. However, there were some things I found upon inspecting/assembly that were of some concern. The bottom corner of the podium's door had a small chip of paint missing and the metal beneath had already begun to discolor. Also on the door, I found a small dent/scratch. And when opening the door, it tends to scrape the top surface of the base (easy home-fix: apply a small felt dot to the bottom where it contacts). Once put together, the edge that appears a little chewed up where top attaches to the stand will no longer be visible, thus making it a non-issue. Otherwise, it was easy to put together and, again, it works just fine.

This is a fantastic booth with a great weight to the metal and perfect height for anyone 5ft and up. This would be great in any classroom or church, and I highly recommend this product.
