De verdad que es muy basico, pero si nunca has jugado pokemon este pack de inicio es lo mejor, y sobretodo viene con 3 barajas, lo q te permite ir variando los duelos.Con el mi hijo y yo aprendimo a jgar pokemon y ahora estamos modificando los decks con mas cartas de otros sobres

I bought it as a gift for my nephew because he wanted to get into collecting pokemon. he loved it and the broad helped him learn how to play the game, he loved the different cards. Its great for kids who wanna learn to play the game.

Easy way to start your Pokémon journey. My child and I had a fun time learning and trying out the sample decks. Very good value for starting to play the game. Educational with great instructions to get started quickly. The included board was helpful to get all the cards in the right place.Not for those wanting to collect, but worth buying if you just want to play the game without a serious investment.

Unfortunately we bought the wrong one and paid $5 more than we should have. There's a "battle academy 2" that was newer and cheaper.We bought this for a 1st grader and it was suitable for him to learn since pokemon involves some strategy building and complexity that can be a bit much for 1st grade. Older kids could just get a "battle deck", read the rulebook (downloadable as PDF if needed), and won't find the board very useful as the places to put cards are pretty easy to remember after playing more than once.As for the pokemon game design itself, I'd have to give that 2 stars from my grown-up perspective because I don't think the game is really that well designed. This isn't too surprising though since they started with a popular monster-fighting video game toy franchise then had to shoehorn that into a collectable card game somehow. It's not exactly MtG in sophistication level but I don't think the "pay to win" aspect is too bad as far as such things go and the more simplistic nature of it is more suitable for younger kids who find weird monster stuff appealing.

Purchased this set last year(23) for my grandson and he loved it. Reccomend it's fairly priced this year(24) and it holds alot .

Trae todo lo que necesitas para iniciarte en el mundo de pokemon tcg. 3 mazos que inclusive las tarjetas vienen numeradas y con instructivos para saber como jugar. Traen un tablero de carton aceptable, que no es necesario pero ayuda a los mas pequeños a poder visualizar las reglas y seguirlas. Trae los tokens de daño que ayudan aunque si son de carton y baja calidad y una moneda que si esta de mejor calidad de plastico. En general muy bien en relacion a costo y lo que te dan.

Santa brought my son the 'My first pokemon" set (or whatever it's called) and enjoyed it a lot. It was easy for my 6 year old to play and we had a lot of fun. Until it got a little wet and the cards went black.So, I promised him a replacement and this was it. Great value for money. I found the other set very limited as the cards are only for use with that game. But this one is designed to build upon and the cards can be used in normal games. 3 decks, clear instructions, a cool board and some other bits and bobs made this a great gift for my boy. The rules are a lot more complicated than I expected, but that's Pokemon I guess.

Excelente, fue regalo para mi hijo y le encanto muy facil para iniciar en esto de las cartas de pokemon, viene en ingles pero puedes cinseguir imagenes dr las cartas en español por si no se te facilita el ingles.
