First of all, I want to admit I have nothing else to compare this to. My husband and I are first time SUPers and most of my research for the boards was Amazon- based. But these suckers are really fun!We live in the desert southwest and most of the other people around us were first timers, too. One woman told us she has the same board and loves it. We inflated to the median PSI at 13lbs because we're in extreme heat. A lot of the other boards I saw were to be inflated to 18. Doesn't sound like a big difference, but when you're inflating in 110° weather, every little bit of time saving is very appreciated. We decided to forego the hand pump and bought an electric one for that same reason. With that pump, we were able to inflate both boards in under 12 minutes.The boards are nice and bright. My husband wouldn't mind trading with me because neither color scheme was considered too"girly." The boards feel super strong and sturdy, not like I would imagine something inflatable to feel like. When I capsized myself after a little too much hotdogging, I had no problem hopping back on in the water. The accessories seem to be good quality. We spent a lot of time sitting and paddling, so I might try my inflatable kayak paddle next time. The carrying bag is very handy and the whole kit isn't too heavy. My friends all suggested getting a dry bag, and I would now recommend that too. The bungees on the board are big enough to carry a small dry bag or little lunch cooler for drinks and snacks.Overall, a small investment for a good time. Would recommend to a friend.

I recently purchased this ROC paddleboard, and I can confidently say it has transformed my time on the water! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed with the quality and design.The board is incredibly stable, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced paddlers alike. I’ve used it in various conditions, and it performs beautifully, whether I’m gliding along calm lakes or tackling a few gentle waves at the beach. The traction pad is super comfortable, and I feel secure even when I’m standing for long periods.I also love how portable it is! The included backpack makes it easy to transport and store, and I can’t believe how quickly I can inflate and deflate it. It’s truly hassle-free, which is a huge plus for someone like me who loves spontaneous outings.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my ROC paddleboard. It has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone! I got a friend of mine to get one as well and you can’t beat the price!

I don't normally write reviews, as I lead an active life, and time is not always available for such things. However, I took time for this review.I am a beginner on paddle boarding. I did research prior to making a purchase and I decided on this one because it has many positive reviews, it is an American owned company and offers a 3 year warranty.I love my board. Although it's an inflatable board, once inflated, it's solid. It is well made, comes in a variety of colors and comes with everything you need. It's lightweight and takes minimal time to inflate and deflate. I love that it is portable and easy to transport. It is a perfect board for a beginner.I am now a member of a paddleboard club in my area, and have received many compliments on the board. But most importantly, this board has been a joy to cruise with and I look forward to using my ROC paddle board for many years to come.

So excited when I got this SUP. Everything came well packed and in perfect order. Love the colors. Super easy to pump up for this old active gal. Light weight, solid materials, packs up nicely in the backpack style bag, dry bag for those precious items, tie down straps to secure gear, the paddles convert for kayak use, latches to add a kayak seat, affordable for my budget. This SUP truly checked all my boxes. Now I just have to wait for warmer weather.

I order this paddle board by ROC late in the summer and I love it. Took just a few days to ship. Took me just about 10 minutes to inflate it. Everything you need is included. The paddle looks very solid and the backpack is a big plus to put everything inside for transportation. I did a lot of research before I decided to go with this paddle board from ROC. For the price, this product is very well made and it is one of the ligtest on the market. It's very stable on the water and quite easy to maneuver for a beginner like me.I recommand this paddle board for everyone who wants to ride smoothly on calm water.I plan to use it a lot next summer. Thank you ROC for this good quality paddle board !

Fantastic paddle board at a great price. The efficient pump allows inflation to be very fast and easy. Within about 5 minutes the board is rock (ROC) solid, with a firm base. Large size board is very stable and the adjustable paddle allows any size person to comfortably paddle. When you are finished, the entire kit, including the pump, the board, and paddle fits compactly into the supplied backpack.I did have an issue at one point but I must say that the resolution was fast and expertly handled. Congratulations for a terrific product as well as great customer service.

First a few basics. As someone has already explained, the colours are actually different types of boards. You need to go to the ROC website and look at the different boards and then select the one you want from Amazon. I selected the “violet†one which is actually a Kahuna board (all the boards are from ROC, a US company). I selected “violet†because the Kahuna board is 10’6†and I wanted a longer board. I also called ROC customer service before I ordered and confirmed that the Kahuna board comes with a convertible paddle. That is, the paddle can be used as a single canoe style paddle or using and insert, can be converted into a double kayak paddle. Reading the other reviews it’s clear that some other “colours†don’t come with the convertible paddle and you only get a single canoe style paddle.I ordered this board because no one in my family has used a paddle board before and we were going to lake house for a week. The board was a HUGE hit. My wife and 12 year old daughter loved using it and did so almost every day. The board is easy to use for beginners (no one of us had been on one before) and very stable. At one point my daughter went out on it with 3 other kids (two 10 year olds and one 8 year old).It was easy to inflate especially if you read the manual first. The pump is dual action pump and so as soon as you about 10psi which is just when it gets really hard to pump (there’s a pressure gauge on the pump) you open a valve on the side of the pump and it becomes easy again. I pumped it to 13 psi because it was hot and I thought it would expand. It’s rated for 15 psi though.The board is very stable and was easy to use and get off of and onto. I absolutely recommend this product and I’m very happy with our purchase.

Traveled on it with my wife and dog, all went good, it has enight load capacity for such trips.
