One additional open, customizable setting can be set to your own desired temperature. The large, angled display is easy to read in either Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees. A rust-resistant stainless steel probe with thin tip leaves a smaller puncture hole when sampling food temperature. The thermometer includes an on/off button to extend the life of the battery. Temperature range of 32°F to 212°F (0°C to 100°C).

This is my second. Unfortunately I left my first next to my grill and it melted.Very easy to use. Accurate. Pre-settings for Doneness by meat which I use all the time. Lasts if you take care of it.Great value for the money.

Won’t break the bank and works acurately and consistently. This is my second one because I dropped the first one in the bottom of the oven and the face started to melt before I could get it out. It still worked though! I just couldn’t read it well

I love this thermometer! It's so easy to use & very accurate. I've had mine for years but bought another when I saw it was available again just to have it on hand & bought it for others as Christmas gifts. Great product!

I have used a polder digital thermometer for several years. It was excellent until someone gave it a complete bath. As quickly as I could I ordered a new one. Took longer to get to me than I wanted, but now I have it and I'm delighted to have my new one.

I've been using a Polder Thermometer with a swivel head for many years with excellent results. When it finally died I ordered the new model that has a fixed position head, and I have found it very difficult to read with anything smaller than a whole chicken or standing roast. I mostly cook thinner meats like pork chops, pork tenderloin, grilled chicken breast, etc. With my old Polder I would stick the probe in the meat horizontal to the grill, and rotate the digital read out where I can see it, but with the new Polder it is impossible to read without burning the device on my grill or griddle. The thermometer works great, but the angle of the head is all wrong.
