The flash light is really good the cover is decent and not bad to have it seems as if it has a kick of power to it and cord to charge can last a bit it’s sturdy. Haven’t used it on someone yet I try my best to avoid it, it’s my last option.

I was walking our older dog in a neighborhood when a dog bolted out of someones yard towards us. I kept yelling to the owner following it, "is he friendly" well too late, he was not, he picked up my 11 pount teripoo and shook him like a rag doll. He ended up passing away. Worse day of my life. I have since got a new cute mulipoo. I had a dog trainer tell me that she carried a taser like this and you don't even have to touch the taser to another dog or animal that might be coming at you. You can just push the button and it makes the taser electric sound and it scares dogs away. I had one dog come out of its yard, growling, teeth glaring, and I just pushed the button and it ran back in its yard. I've also heard the same for walking in canyons or on hikes. If you see coyotes you can just click the botton and they run away. i have bought several for gifts. . .Recommend!

Omfg my beloved medium dog and I just went on a late walk, and were approached by a pack of 5 coyotes, including one running at us!I got this because of a review saying just clicking it, while on, scared away coyotes. I hoped I’d never use it. JFC I’m back to say it’s true, it worked. I have seen dozens of coyotes on dog walks over the years, never did I have one make eye contact and run at me/us. My dog usually growls at coyotes and she was stunned as well, as we began to be surrounded. Usually there are people around even that late. I had made a bag just for dog walks and hikes (also bear spray) and had hoped to never use this, but had it charged and in the front pocket.I raced to unzip the pocket, and turn it on as the coyote trotted head on at us, and I saw behind him, that there were 3 coyotes approaching us, and then from out of the darkness, and crossing the street towards us—all 5!!! I yelled NO, NO!! and he was somewhat taken back, but proceeded to approach— picking up the pace to run at us!!I clicked it on, and there was a lightening zap! He immediately jumped back and zig-zagged away— it was like a crackling lightning sound and look, and I clicked it a few times in the air, as they all went running. Omg. I just wanted to write this immediately and say that thanks to this, and still with zero contact, a pack of 5 coyotes ran away from my dog and me. Omg. Best wishes for safety for everyone.

I read other reviews and I knew that it was strong, but once I turned it on for the first time after I got it, oh my words, it exceeded my expectations 🤩😲, definitely worth your money

Never had to use it anyone that I know of but we did "test" it out and it's sound alone is enough to make a guy think twice about trying something they shouldn't.

This was purchased as a gift I haven't heard any complaints so I guess it was a good buy.
