I have been in the packaging industry for 40 years and this is BY FAR the BEST DEAL EVER in plastic strapping kits. Normally one would have to spend $300-$500 to put a good strapping kit together from industry standard packaging. Normally you have to buy 9000' of strapping and 1000 metal seals and the tensioner and sealer would cost about $250 for the pair. This kit has awesome tools and a smaller put up of 100 seals and about 300' of strapping. I have strapped down a few pallets with this new kit and everything worked perfectly. It even comes with a simple storage box for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The Tensioner and Crimping pliers are well made. After deciphering the terribly written instructions (see below) and a couple of tries I was able to use the trapping tensioner and crimper successfully for a large pallet of boxes. I have several small projects that I can put this system to good use. I found that the stepping must be placed centrally under the gripping foot to avoid slippage and two crimps around the metal clamp provided the most secure arrangement, If I could have rented a banding/strapping system locally I would but now I have this system for future projects. Not sure how easy additional strapping/clamps are but I am sure they can be found. My version of the instructions are:OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS1. As shown in Figure 1, place the packaging strap in a loop around the package. With Your Right-Hand hold the tensioner and press the handle fully down to lift the clamping pad. Pass the short end of the packaging strap under the clamping pad and below cutter shell. The strap end must extend past the tensioner by 2 to 3 inches. Keep the strap in the center of the clamping pad. When the strap is in position release the tensioner handle to hold the strap in place under the clamping pad. The cutter and the capstan slots will be open.2. Place the uncut strap through the cutter slots and the captain slots. (See Figure 2).3. Holding the tensioner in place with your left hand, lift the handle up and down with your right hand to tighten the strapping. Be careful not to press the handle against the spring arm (which cuts the strapping). (See Figure 3).4. When the strap is tightened, release the tensioner and lift the strap up enough to place a buckle clamp, with the open face down, over the strap (both parts). (See Figure 4).5. Open the clamping pliers completely and place them around the buckle clamp. Close the pliers to crimp the buckle clamp around the two parts of the strap completely. Open and remove the pliers from the buckle. (Figure 5)6. Press down on the tensioner handle to cut the strapping. Press the tensioner handle down all the way to lift the clamping pad and remove the tool from the strap. (Figure

Item came late. Cost me lost time to retrieve. Kit did not come with any strapping what so ever. Another outside cost to purchase strapping to complete the job. So far this amazing deal has cost me 3 times the amount paid.

I'm a licensed contractor and use many different tools. This tool worked as expected however, the written instructions are broken english and can not be followed. Fortunately, there pictures with the instructions were barely enough to get one started using the tool, sort of ...

Exceeded my expectations. Strong tools, heavy duty. I feared the tools would be smaller in real life, but it's the opposite!

Well built and works as it should. The single page of instructions should be amended to make them easier to read and understand. Good packaging for storage. Would buy again if needed.

Great little package of assistance. Great for bundling small boxes together so you can move them without them falling all over the place

The device is good, the strap attached is a little bit narrow, looks like half of normal size. BTW: Amazon is not good for everyone, even the customers. And not easy to use. I do not like it.
