I love these. They stay charged, have awesome range; I can go down a hall and into the bathroom (I was on hold), probably went 100 feet total, two doors, normal walls. A little expensive, but worth it. Light on my head. Great stereo sound quality. High quality. Easy Bluetooth connectivity. Just know when wearing them you can’t hear anything else around you.

While you can connect these headsets to your computer via Bluetooth, they also come with a dongle which makes connecting (and staying connected) a snap. Charging cradle is nice - will automatically answer a Teams call when you pick them up from the cradle.Pros: Good sound quality. Great functionality. Lightweight. Comfortable.Cons: Noise cancelling isn't a great as you'd expect, given everything else. They still pick up a good bit of background noise that the party on the other end can hear.

I am using Plantronics heads set for last 7 years and this is the 3rd one and found others complaining voice quality issues, I am not able to mute and, many times other people cannot hear while I can and have to restart the same several time

So left phone on my desk at work. Will not pass cement and steal door out back had door open a crack and had to put function side against that crack. Front has windows and I am third cubicle in. Walked across parking lot and probably 100 yds or feet lost connection to computer and 20-40 more yds or feet lost phone. Impressed. Bought fuzzy for mic as it is sensitive. And I am going to 3D print something because without a hat it slides off.

Battery life is incredible!!!!! Very good overall sound quality. Very sturdy build quality. These are "on ear", so the noise cancellation isn't 100%, but that's good as I use these while driving my work van. Pairing to two devices isn't always perfect either. I have a wide head so the pressure against my ears is a bit much for extended use, but that pressure also comes in handy as they don't fall off my head, so it's an acceptable tradeoff. My only "complaint" would be the microphone. When it's extended for use it's perfectly placed, when you move it back to standby it sticks out a good bit. So if your in close quarters, like on a plane, be mindful not to bump into stuff.

I love this headset. The noise cancellation is great and the sound quality crisp. It syncs with Microsoft Teams on my desktop and works with Siri on my iPhone. It works great with Bluetooth for taking calls at work from my phone and it works great as desktop speakers. It's certainly a little pricier than other options but certainly worth it.

The headset was easy to use and connected to my computer using the dongle with ease. I had a good range and sound. Battery life was great as I work a12 hour shift and there were no issues. After almost a year the mute wasn't working all the time and then the headset has now quit working entirely. Now I need to find a new headset but I'm afraid if I get another one of these it will die.

I will say that they connected very easily to my work PC and I didn't have any issues with the connectivity. The sound quality was great and the mic worked perfectly. These are the reasons this is getting two stars vs one star. I tried these for 3 days of work. I wear them for 8 hours a day and they were beyond uncomfortable. They hurt my ears and by the end of my day it was so bad it was even causing me a headache. I will definitely be returning these. For the price that they cost I expected them to be far more comfortable. I have the BT600 from Plantronics that I bought 4 years ago and THOSE are more comfortable even now than this new pair. I was excited about them because my original ones I loved so much but these were just a let down.

Finally picked this up after much research to replace the cheap corded Logitech provided by my employer. I spend my day logged into a teams meeting mostly listening but occasionally using the mic. The sound and comfort is a huge improvement, the mic seems to work fine, and not being tied to my desk has been life-changing. It lasts for my full 9 hour day on a charge easily and was super easy to set up.

Purchased these for work as spend half my day on calls in the office. They surpassed expectations and found the app also very useful for checking battery (which is excellent).Highly recommend.

Generally a nice unit, light and comfortable. Good audio- except... I need/want sidetone. (I want to be able to hear my own voice as I speak). This only works if you literally hold the microphone virtually in your mouth. (I had the sidetone setting to high volume as well.) Not practical... Back it goes...

Range is amazing, I can now listen all over the house.very clear audio and voice recognition exellent.Easy installation, very well built with some weightbut not too much.Battery life seems good and the charger dock is great.It's heavy and stable and docking is foolproof. Very confortable towear. The Amazon used as new price saved me
