Very clean phone in very good condition, easy to provision using Zoom Voice, once you know the options for resetting to factory default. I expected the screen to have a larger font, but the 450 screen format has 3 columns to hold the 12 line key labels, so the font size is similar to that of the VVG250. Worth considering.

They should really tell people this when they buy one.From power on, push the button to exit startup on the screen (marked "cancel").A new menu will popup allowing you to take control.456 was the Admin password and I change it from there.

Unfortunately, I have wasted a good 30 minutes trying to factory reset this phone which should be part of the refurbishing process. It would not take the MAC address so I had to restart the phone about 5-6 times and then manually (through the phone keypad) provision the phone. I would have been better off to buy a brand new phone. :(

These phones are not reset, they are locked with a password. I tried for 2 hours to factory reset and followed the instructions and it keeps saying the wrong password.
