I bought this for three reasons:1-My wife wants rocking chairs on the porch, and I don't want to stain/seal/work on them. Check.2-I don't want to buy another one in the next 20 year. Based on how dense the material is and how long and thick the lag bolts are, I believe their ridiculously long waranty is not exaggerated. I could countersink the screws on the upper end of my electric drill ratchet settings. The included hex drill bit was a really nice touch (though they also included a hand hex wrench with a full handle). Check3-They are comfy for my large backside. I weigh about 230 with a 38 waist (I'm a guy) and these are definitely large enough for me and sturdy enough that they don't wiggle or creak at all.Other notes:-The seat is rounded so you get some bum comfort over flat seats. The chair back is straight, and that's not my favorite, but I suppose that made it easier to put together and clean.-When we got the chair they included two left arm assemblies (those are the only pieces that aren't symmetrical in the build). I contacted customer support (based in the US) on the Pollywood website per the manual, and they shipped us the right part within 24 hours no questions asked. Now I have any extra arm. I always needed one of those to help with rangling my kids. 10/10, would buy again.

Polywood products are truly extraordinary. The design is great and the 6 Polywood chairs that I have purchased, including the Nautical Adirondack, are all precision engineered. All parts were always included. Directions were simple. But most important, the chair material itself is "bullet proof" for any weather conditon, for essentially ever, and the assembly, with very heavy duty stainless screws is equally fool proof and forever permanent. The holes are drilled exactly where they should be, and the items are designed with such a high standard that you can put as much torque as you can muster into tightening, without any chance stripping the inset hole, or snapping the screw or bolt.The chairs look great. They are supremely comfortable. And the product, made in the USA is very satisfying, given its quality, its value, and at least subliminally, that the recycling of milk carton plastic to build the chairs does indeed help the planet. I have purchased very fancy outdoor furniture, like Weatherend Estate Furniture, priced at least 10 to 15 times higher, yet get far more satisfaction from my Polywood furniture with its permanence, good looks, construction, and sourcing of the raw materials.

Went together easily - very durable. Looks great! I have it on patio stones around a fire pit. Holds up well to weather and no painting! +++

One of the screws miss screwed and when reset it left a hole. Great chair and strong even comfortable.

Easy to assemble. Hardware of good quality and all predrilled holes perfectly lined up. Took under 10 min to assemble. Compact shipping as well.

Looks just like the picture, very sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. I have a cushion on it for added comfort, not as smooth rocking as some old fashioned rockers but definitely does the job and just as good as others I've tried lately.Highly recommend a mallet and a helper to assemble, it will fit together but you may have to swear at it a bit. :)
