I play table tennis with guys who buy pads and paddles separately costing them upwards of $200. To me, that's insane. I don't play on those guys' level, but I can manage to score a couple of points on them occasionally. I notice that I definitely perform better with this paddle as it has a better "Touch". I feel that the pad has a slight softness and grippiness to it that allows me to get much better spin and I can finally perform proper trick shots. I use a pen hold when I play and the ball now seems to go where I want it to go. While I still think that spending $200 for a paddle is nuts, I do now get the difference between a simple paddle versus something more professional.For this review, I had some of the other players use this paddle just to get their opinion. Universally, they all said that this is a great secondary paddle that they would be able to use if something happened to their favorite paddle. They noted that the padding was not as soft as the padding they use, but that's why they pay so much for theirs.

I am no professional or even advanced-level amateur, but I can appreciate a nice tacky paddle with a good cushion that allows me to put a lot of spin on the ball. This paddle is more than adequate for me, and probably better than I deserve at my current skill level.

Feels and plays like a higher end paddle with good action and control on the ball. The case is also nice to keep it in good condition.

recently I have started playing ping pong with a neighborhood friend. he has some good paddles at his house, but much like every ping pong household, the paddles are old and a bit worn out. often the padding is peeling. we ve all been there. so I bought this paddle from PONGBOT and I am very happy. if feels great in my hand and is very lightweight. the padding is superb and allows me to get some wicked spin on the ball. I have great control and the paddle is forgiving if I don't get a clean hit. I went from losing 4 games out of 5 with my friend to winning more than half just with the purchase of this paddle. I highly recommend. the packaging is safe, it comes with a travel case, and is wrapped in plastic. well done

This paddle is gorgeous. I like that the handle is unvarnished so it doesn’t slip when my hand sweats. The surfaces are also super sticky and I can really get control of the ball. I also like the case, which looks better than any other case I have. This replaced an old paddle I’ve had for years where the rubber had gotten hard and slippery. Overall, I love this paddle.
