That sounds like someone who is going to gain from selling this.Well, heres the real review you were looking for.This is literally the cheapest wood and the lowest craftsmanship on a product like this.The wood is full of burrs as if they haven’t changed the saw blades since they started making these.The wood is very light and dents easily, it is so light weight that it feels like its going to break by gently handling it.It isn't worth $15 let alone $40. Please take my word for it.The only reason why I would consider keeping it is because burning it this summer in my fire pit would be a bitter pleasure as I believe that this ultra flimsy light wood will be great kindling as it consists of just a few thin boards simply brad nailed together. (They didn’t even fill the brad nail holes) I insisted on the simplistic ‘to the point’ design, and what I got is the ‘craftsmanship’ if your 6th grader was taking woodshop. At least if that was the case I would proudly hang it in support while encouraging my child to grow and learn. But I paid for this…Take my word for it, find something else.Junk.

Honestly, I could have made this product myself within an hour and have done a better job at it. But I didn’t want to. For $50, it should have been better made. For the quality, it should have been half (or more) off the listed price. The finish is weird. They used a dark stain, but just one coat and it’s not even. I’m not sure if that was intentional or what. You can see all the nail holes left from the air nailer. Not quality construction at all. Mounting onto the wall is just a simple screw drilled through from the front side. There are no plugs or anything to conceal the screws so it just doesn’t look well hanging on the wall. However, the basic plugs for hanging the ball racks aren’t even installed. Apparently, you’re supposed to hammer them in. ??? What??? Leaving these unassembled does nothing for the product. If they were preinstalled, it would have made no difference in the shipping size. There is no included glue and they’re eventually going to fall out even if you use glue because there is no reinforcement for keeping them in place.Yes it does what it’s supposed to, but it was just thrown together.

Not only did this product appear to have been used already, the quality for the price is inferior to say the least. If it had been $25 maybe, but nor for the $73 we paid with shipping. Amazon Customer Service was incredibly helpful with the return and refund and we are thankful we have Prime. I would definitely not recommend this product at all.
