We have a lot of trees around our pool. We let it go too long this winter through storms, cold, life, etc and it had gotten really bad. It would have taken a lot of time and labor to net everything out, which we were not looking forward to. It took just over 1 hour with this thing! It’s amazing! Our 9 year old was even able to use it and thought it was fun! It didn’t get out the fine things like dirt and sand, but our Dolphin was able to get that. It feels so much better having a clean pool again!

I purchased this mainly for picking up leaves which it does a fantastic job. I was hoping there was a fine mesh bag available and I was very happy when I found it available! I tried several of the rechargeable vacuums and most were a big disappointment because of the lack of suction, the short battery operating time and the amount of time I had to spend.This super sucker vacuum doesn't need a battery which is a plus. Works off a garden hose that creates a vortex and a vacuum suction just like a tornado. It sucks everything up in its path and can accomplish a cleaning task in about 30 min depending on how dirty your pool is and the size of your pool. I would have easily given it a 5 but a couple of things that slowed me down.1. The plastic ring that the bag is tied to comes off sometimes with the force of the device suction. When this happens everything in the bag comes out and spreads around in the pool.Remedy: the plastic ring needs a latch or a couple of ridges on the inside that the ring can twist on and secure.2. The bottom could use a couple of small brushes to break up dirt when needed.3. The side opposite from the pole latch lifts up when moving it around causing leaves and dirt to spread around.Besides these minor things I would recommend it to anyone for everyday pool cleaning! Also I think for the price they really should include both the standard bag and the fine mesh bag. I don't mind having to buy replacements when they wear out but both bags should be included in the box for the initial purchase.

I had only fleeting hope that this would help me get the leaves out of the bottom of my above ground pool. Chasing the leaves around the bottom with a skimmer and pole was not an easy task.... so I thought, what the heck, ordered this and in 5 minutes the leaves were in the top of the mesh net and with a flip of the pole, i took the leaf vacuum out of the pool along with all the leaves. When I got this i expected it to be heavier but was pleasantly surprised that it was not. It is just the right weight (light) and size for what it does. I had to read the directions carefully to understand how it should work. Took a couple of minutes - put the mesh net on the top of the blue roller piece and tighten. put the skimmer pole in the space where it goes, attach the garden hose in the only place it can go. Now be careful, if you do not have the leaf vacuum in the pool when you turn the water on, duh... it will go everywhere..., turn the water on, but if you have a turn on tap on the hose use it, until you get the vacuum in the pool. put the blue piece with the wheels on the bottom of the pool. Turn the hose on full speed and push the vacuum over your leave and pine needles on the bottom of the pool and watch them go up into the mesh netting just by the force of the water.... omg it is awesome. only took 5 mins to get the leaves in the middle of my pool out. Worked as it said it would! was careful when i got the vacuum near the edge of the pool to take it out. once you turn off the hose the leaves will fall out of it, so turn it upside down where the top of the closed net will fall toward the bottom of the pool, turn off the hose and then just pull the vacuum to the side of the pool and take it out all the leaves in tact in the mesh net........simple, easy, not heavy and yes if you read the instructions... it really works for leaves and debris.

Works ok, super slow in suctioning the leaves. At times it works quickly, other times, I feel like I have to hover it for 20 secs or so to suck up the leaf. Definitely time consuming. I hoped this would have been fast than using the vacuum head to clean up all the leaves.

The "vacum" works exactly as advertised. I was sceptical when I ordered it but I am very happy with the vacum. I have a large oak tree overhang part of my pool. At this time of year bits and pieces of oak nuts end up in the pool plus whole nuts. It is much easier to connect the hose to this vacum than hook up the regular pool vacum where whole oak nuts sometimes plug the vacum hose. The wheels on the vacum head make it easy to manoeuvre.I definitely would buy this item again.

It would probably have worked if it was manufactured correctly. The white plastic collar holding the jets was not sealed or properly glued to the blue chassis, so water leaks and sprays horizontally thus interfering with the vacuum effect. So no leaves collected. It must have been put together on a Friday afternoon. The company in America was not interested in this issue but Amazon have been very good about returning it.

Received the “fine†even though the photo shows all purpose. It is useless. It does not let water get through it, floats and then causes it to disconnect from the vacuum100% would not recommend

Works like a charm! It glides quite easily along the bottom, so it doesn’t take a lot of manpower, and because it just uses the hose, it is very simple to connect and easy to run!Very happy with this product. Highly recommend!
