It was kind of difficult to assemble this. Granted I didn’t have anyone to help me and my drill decided to die on me during the process, but even without those complications, having to make sure the side supports were angled properly would have been difficult. Also some of the places you attach pieces to have no predrilled holes to line things up on so it’s a bit of guess work. Once everything came together though, it was worth it. The glider is comfortable to sit (or lay) on. It’s a stylish mix of classic and modern with the white finish and metal cup holders. It glides smoothly and isn’t noisy.

The company was great to work with. They replaced the first glider I ordered (that arrived damaged from shipping/handling) at no cost. The new glider arrived and had some minor product flaws that required simple repairs after assembly (wood glue and paint) and the company resolved that problem by providing a 50% refund. Overall, I LOVE the glider and the company was very responsive/fair in all my interactions with them. I will enjoy the glider this summer with my grandchildren. Many thanks!

The glider bumps then drags with 2 people that are no where near 800 pounds. Maybe 230 pounds. I had an issue with the number 4 bolts. They are used in an exclusive place on the glider. I had to remove and replace these 4 number 4 bolts. Clearer instructions needed on direction illustration.

Out of the box two screws were broke into had to remove the wooden slat and repair it. One screw on the wooden slat was so over tighen it split the wook approximately 6" down the center. Had to remove the slat and glue the added nails on each side of the screw hole and repaint and reinstall. Had to remove glue off the back upright. One of the arm rest will have to be sanded down has large ripples in the wood.

We love this glider! It is comfortable and looks very nice with good quality construction and a sturdy frame. The wood is treated and will hopefully not require a lot of maintenance.

Bought 2 for a cookout. Customer service was wonderful. A little time consuming to put together.
