Got it on sale for 20 bucks, and well worth it. Has some weight to it and feels sturdy for the price. The dual speakers sound good, and I tested it, it really does turn in to a bluetooth speaker. The only complaint is that it doesn't seem to draw in weak stations very well, but I might need to play with locations for it. Hey for the price, it's excellent. Hope it lasts.

My rabbits and I love this radio. It’s very small. The volume is great. you can Bluetooth your music to it. It doesn’t crack when you have it up loud and I have nothing bad to say about the radio. It is great for the price and it’s small so you’re not carrying something huge and like I said my rabbits absolutely love listening to music 24 seven in the rabbit bar and I have it running 24 hours seven days a week and I’ve had it for a while over two months and I’ve had no issues with it

This is my hanging in the garage radio! Building bee hives, wood crafting noise making box!! It does its job! Blue tooth is solid pulls in fm stations and so far handles the garage life!!

This is not perfect for my use, but it comes close!The speakers are very nice and contrary to other reviews I absolutely CAN notice a positive difference using the bass setting.We use it to play audio books and old time radio shows from a tiny form USB drive. Here’s the limitations on that — the port is right under the handle so if you want the handle up to move it it’s in the way of anything but the smallest form USB sticks. The other limitations are — as there is no screen you can’t see or navigate. You can play whats on the drive, skip back and forward one full file at a time or pause and that’s it. It does remember where you stop. This is ONLY playing the USB. Use Bluetooth and you have normal functionality!I haven’t used the radio much, but it picked up both AM and FM as well as any other radio I’ve had here.We love it for taking around the house/garage/yard to listen to as we work. The sound quality is good. The fact it uses D cell batteries is awesome — we’ve used it uncounted hours over two weeks on old expired batteries so far. This alone was a huge purchase point for us! So tired of everything using tiny batteries that need constant changing. It DOES come with an AC cord that plugs into a slot so no messing with a loose cord — but you do need to keep track of it if not used so it’s not lost or tossed in case you want it later.We have a smaller and two larger Bluetooth speakers and while they’re fine you can’t get the volume/quality on the small one and the bigger ones aren’t really easily portable. This one fits a TERRIFIC NICHE for us.

it can be a little difficult picking up stations where I live but this doesn't seem to have a problem zeroing in on the station and bringing it in nice and clear.

Poor (hollow sounding) audio quality from usb. Radio itself poor reception, May just throw away. Radio Shack, where are you!
