I was trying to return it because it was to loud for my small apartment and didn't want the neighbors to complain. Had it all packaged up to send back, but the company said they didn't want it back so they gave it to me to give away. I got reimbursed for it and gave it away to a friend who really needed one. Great company and great dryer that works great. She has had no problems with it 3 months later. It's small and compact too.

At first this dryer was causing an electrical short because of its high wattage (850 watts). I reached out to different people until I sent a photograph of my circuit breaker to someone who understands electrical appliances and loads on circuit breakers. The solution is to run the dryer on an isolated circuit (in my case the bathroom plug) with no other lights or appliances running on that circuit. The management staff and customer service of the dryer company spent quality time helping me get the dryer to work in my apartment and I’m extremely grateful for working with me and caring that I have a positive outcome. As for the dryer, it’s fairly quiet and really is effective in drying the clothes. Just make sure that you have a portable washer that properly spins out the clothes so that they are damp and not sopping wet. The dryer will effectively dry the clothes in about half an hour to 40 minutes on the high cycle. The dryer is easy to set up and maintain and is a blessing to me. I’m most blessed with the caring staff that sold me the dryer!

I needed something to dry my clothes because my dryer stopped working. It doesn't have a lot of space but it helped a lot and it does dry the clothes perfectly. Ive been using it for like 4 months now and it works pretty well. Its not laud at all. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you put too much clothe on it you will get some wrinkles.

I live in an apartment that locks up the laundry rooms at night. (Due to people not using them properly) I bought a in tub washer about a year ago, and was only using the dry at the laundry room. Up until they started getting locked. (As it doesn’t fit my work schedule ) and I couldn’t ever get my laundry done. So I purchased this dryer. Firstly it’s small but does the job! And my entire room smells so fresh and clean! It’s perfect for apartments! And I have already saved over 40 this month in paying for laundry! Impressed! You won’t regret buying this dryer! However I wish I could get another lint screen maybe the seller could get in contact with me so I could buy an extra just to have! Or at least point me in the right direction to find one that would fit. But other than that very happy!

My utility room is being renovated, which means my full size washer and dryer are out of commission for the time being. Rather than mess with the laundromat, we opted to get a portable washer and dryer that would fit in my big bathroom. This dryer is exactly right for the portable washer loads. They are smaller loads than the full size - I'd say I'm washing about a third of what I'm used to in a load and my full size is heavy duty and extra large load capacity. So, whatever a third of that is, that's what I'm getting in a load. I have a large family, so that means a few loads are done every day, and there's always a load of towels to do. Even under such frequent use, this little dryer is holding up very well. It's pretty basic and very easy to use. The cost is reasonable for the quality, in my opinion, and I'd definitely get this dryer again as well as recommending it to others.
