When you turn this on even reading the instructions you hit the power button and nothing happens. Then the light button and only cold air blows. Now, don’t be discouraged. You might say oh no there’s only cold air blowing. And that’s because you have to next hit the timer. A 3 will light on screen. Then hot air will blow. Once this is happening it works great. Also, the hook is too narrow for US closet rods. Here’s the thing, I won a few of these and so far this one is the best material and the get comes from the bottom. Most come from the top. And you know why? Because if your clothes fall to the bottom during drying or hang down on the heater it could catch fire. So despite how much I like this, I have to say…avoid.
