Thankfully I have not had to use this in an emergency but did a practice run and feel very good about it. Was easy to set up, good construction. Exactly what I was looking for.

I actually had to use this and it held good except for when I removed it I could see that the cloth was starting to fray that doesn't seem safe. I know it's a one-time use but I'm sure that didn't happen just now I guess I'll try a cheaper one maybe it'll be better for one time use security ladder

I have just received it. It looks sturdy but I am taking it to my tenants this weekend and he will let me know if it works.
