Comes pretty much ready to work. Unit has several brushes and a container on unit to hold them To get started throw some water, plug in and get to work. About the size of small vacuum, quiet when running, and light even when filled with water.

I have not had many opportunities to use this product yet due to the winter weather conditions. I bout hit primary to clean my gas barbecue grill. I did go ahead and unpack it and fill and start it up to make sure it was operational. Everything was received in good order. I filled it part way and it worked fine. Producing muck more steam and much quicker than my old smaller unit. I will edit later in the year after having a chance to use it longer. However so far I’m very impressed with the performance and very reasonable price.

I have it on my workspace in the garage, plugged in and ready. Turn it on to clean pretty much anything: shoes, household items. The hose is long and it steams up quick. Easily take it inside to clean the shower/bathroom - the glass door comes out surprisingly clear with little effort. Sanitize the sink, etc.

This is very easy to use, very suitable for small-scale use in offices and homes. The cord is very long and has three different brushes, which can help with cleaning. It can heat up quickly and is very hot. Keep it away from children when using it, and don't be curious to test the temperature with your hands, which is very dangerous.

The product works flawlessly. My wife loves it. She uses it for her business, and it works wonders.This steamer has cut my wifes time down at the job by around 14 minutes per unit so with that she is able to fit in 2 more units per day 8 more per week.Defiantly worth giving a shot.To the manufacturer please make the attachments available for purchase. The heads the small bristle brushes, please because the wear out fast and my wife needs some and I'm sure by the reviews others need as well.Reach out to me my wife could be a brand ambassador with her company behind her and all the units/houses/apartments/hotels that see this product getting used.

Maybe I was expecting too much from something on the more affordable side but seems to put out more water than steam. I don't think I'd buy again.

This thing is dinky, but it kicks butt! Cleans my stove top in less than 5 minutes with minimal effort. Awesome!
