We were looking for another hot tub since our inflatable hot tube was leaking air and not holding its shape. This one is square in its design which for us gives my husband and I little more leg room. The jets are soothing and at the corners of the hot tub are little padded seats. The heating unit is built into the tub which is nice because it doesn’t take up an extra room outside the tub. However, if the tub cover is on, you cannot directly see the screen for the heating unit unless you pick up the cover. Otherwise, we are happy with the purchase. It came quick like in 5 days and it was easy to set up.

IF you are doing research on an inflatable hot tub, BUY THIS ONE! I bought it for my husband a couple of weeks ago who has aching muscles and joints. We didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on one because we don’t know if we are going to be at our current house for very long so I took a chance on this hot tub and it works perfectly! The bubbles are surprisingly strong and the seats are surprisingly comfortable! Comes with a great cover and heats up nicely (104) …It took about 20 hours to heat up but it’s pretty hot outside right now. Probably would take longer if it were colder outside. It actually feels more comfortable than a lot of the expensive hot tubs that we have tried out! Super high quality! Get it now if you are on the fence!

Looking for a hot tub, but not sure if we'd use it. Before we invested thousands of dollars for a stationary hot tub we decided to try this one. We may never get the expensive one! We liked this one so much. It suited all of our needs. It warmed up quickly, was easy to maintain and comfortable to sit in. I loved that the pump is built in and not on the outside. The only draw back, for us, was the weight of it when we tried to store it. We're both in our 60's and we were able to drain and fold up to put in storage building for the winter. The weight of it was a little difficult for us to handle. But for the price and how well it works I would definitely recommend this item.

The hot tub is wonderful. It fits very nicely on a small deck off the master bedroom. Very quiet and the water heats up great. Definitely a goodbye for the money..

The cover sucks. You have to put some kind of float between it and the water to keep it up. Also there was no mention of not putting it in sunlight before purchase, but it does say that is small print in the instructions. Really! how many people have indoor places for their hot tub?

This is a great product for watching the Summer night skies. Couple things. 1.) We couldn't find the inflation valve. It was loose in the box and was folded up in the tub itself. 2.) It's only a 1500 watt heater, so it takes some time heating up. 3.) The filters are just awkwardly located. I understand the necessity, but there ought to be a way to have them recessed so you don't kick them off and risk damage to the tub.
