I think photos are worth a thousand words - the frother is light, works well, and you get exactly what you expected. You can froth milk or instant coffee (anything, really), and this is a great quick way to mix up my coffee routine.One thing that I noticed is that the button is a bit awkward to hold with a thumb, assuming you are holding the frother pointed down, as you normally would - perhaps the button would feel more natural on the side, where you could use your index finger instead of the thumb on top, but I'm really nit-picking at this point.Oh - and you can't beat the price, for under $10 - this is great! Very happy.

The original description I read (which is now gone) specifically said it was push on / push off, which is why I ordered it in the first place. I know the ones you can just turn on with a push of the button and not have to hold it down to keep it running exist because I've had one before. This type requires you to hold the button down in order to keep it running and that is not good for my arthritis and carpal tunnel at all. Came with an extra, very cheap and flimsy feeling whisk "attachment", but the original frother wand doesn't seem like it's meant to be detachable and I'm not willing to risk breaking it to find out for sure. It isn't bad for what it is though. The button on this one is at least a fairly soft press, not one you have to push down hard, and putting the batteries in it was much, much easier than many others we've tried. It's certainly functional enough for the other members of my household, but this press and hold type just doesn't really work for me.

I got this to mix my matcha powder into my morning drink, and this portable frother does work well enough. It is light, fairly quiet, and just fast enough to integrate the matcha powder into a green tea and juice mix. The best part about this over using a blender is that it is much easier to clean. Overall it's a nice frother and the price is great. I haven't used it to froth milk yet but I'm sure it works fine. I'm very satisfied with this portable unit.

I prefer this simple, inexpensive milk frother to a larger, more powerful and more expensive milk frother that I also own.Why is it better?It’s easier to use, it froths milk every bit as well—and as fast—as larger, more powerful frothers, and it’s less likely to make a mess when you try to froth milk or matcha tea in a glass that is too full.All in all there are no disadvantages in using this device compared to a more powerful device, and plenty of benefits.

This little frother is really cute and convenient, and comfortable to hold. The quality seems good and the handle is a soft plastic that almost feels rubberized or similar to silicone. It has a double whisk, which is what you usually see on a frother, but also comes with a more traditional general-use whisk attachment, which would be nice for mixing or whisking eggs, except the instructions don't mention it anywhere and they do say to not attempt to pull out the wand (and it doesn't seem to be removable), so I don't really understand why the other whisk is included or why it's shaped like it could be inserted into the frother instead of having a normal handle. Aside from that and the batteries, I'm really happy with it. It's great for mixing small amounts of any liquid. It's easy to miss that this is battery operated (2 AA), which is a negative for me, but might be more convenient for you.
