I have a toddler and dogs so I didn’t want a traditional incense burner that required coal. This works perfect! Arabic incense is very potent so you don’t need to burn it a long time. For everyone saying it only holds its charge for a couple minutes. That is not accurate. It only burns for a couple of minutes AS IT SAYS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. You don’t need to burn incense for hours. This is also to allow the heating element to cool. If you want to burn more simple press the power button again. I turned it on and walked it through my house until it stopped and then I repeated the process. My house smells wonderful and there is no need to turn it on again (except maybe after cooking dinner).I very much recommend this product.

Product works great! Runs for a couple minutes (as described) diffusing the scent perfectly. People complaining about the run time apparently don’t have enough knowledge of why it can’t run all the time.Made a great gift!

Love it makes enough smell to smell nice but not that the fire alarm goes off. Love it alot very convenient and you get as closer as you want to the material or clothing you want with out it catching on fire like how the standard bakhoors do

It hardly lasted 3 months. Doesn't work anymore. Would not recommend this to anyone.
