I bought this as a "starter set," since I am a beginner. I wanted to see how I would like doing this type of workout at home, before investing in a pricy set, only to have it sit in a closet. I thought I'll get something affordable now, then purchase something nicer (better quality) at a later date if I found these items useful, but I'll be honest, I don't think I'll need to "trade up" any time soon because these items are hella nice! Everything is very well made, sturdy, and the variety of exercises you can do is impressive. There is a sheet which breaks down the exercises based on target areas, which is great. Overall, I'm really impressed.

I have had a gym in my house forever with power blocks and cardio equipment, but after a bout with radiation therapy I was looking for a way to have a full gym to help rebuild my strength and stamina.I came across.this Pilates band system with the bar and I was amazed that I could get a whole body workout without spending a lot of money. To my surprise the functionality and ease of use is amazing. I’m very happy and I appreciate the whole package.

It’s better quality than I anticipated for the price. Easy to put together and use. Handles and straps are comfy. I thought the door stop would be heavier but it works so that’s fine. I only gave it 4 stars bc I haven’t used it much. I just got it and had a killer Pilates class so I’m still a little sore. Bought is as a supplement to my Pilates classes and I think it’ll be perfect for that.

Well I'm a plus size girl and I wanted to start pilates and properly stretching everyday, so someone recommended that I purchase this item and I'm glad I listened. I'm not going to lie if you're not used to stretching your muscles daily especially if you're a bigger person is going to hurt the first few days until you get your body used to stretching everyday. But DON'T GIVE UP keep pushing through and trust me you'll start feeling better and for those who have joint pain this will definitely ease that pain( not overnight) but it will work. I'm proud of myself I'm up to twice a day now doing two 30 minute sessions, once in the morning and once in the evening. I'm happy I made this purchase.

The concept is great, however, I am 5’7†and have yet to see a way to shorten the bands so that they’re tighter for the workouts.

Just what I needed. I don’t know why but makes me want to work out more. Super easy instructions. Comes with workout poster and recommend reps to do. And QR code to YouTube video. Well made easy to store. Came with all the parts.
